What we're looking for in designers:

• Desire to be the main owner of the project. Your role at Other Land goes beyond just design. Our clients and our team look to you as the central figure of the project, delving deep into project specifics, business objectives, user needs, and technical limitations. While you'll always find support from our Design Lead, Project Manager, or Mentor, it's ultimately your call to stand behind your solutions in front of the client and our team.
• Strong communication skills. In Other Land, designers aren’t behind the scenes; they're front and center. Буде круто якщо ти маєш:
 

• Досвід у Product/UX Design на рівні Middle+ або Senior; упевнений багаж знань у дослідницьких методах (user interviews, аналітика, A/B-тести тощо).
• Практичні навички проєктування складних користувацьких потоків (особливо для великих онлайн-продуктів), створення прототипів (wireframes, high-fidelity).
• Розуміння базових бізнес-метрик (KPI, конверсії, ретеншн тощо) й уміння на ці метрики впливати через дизайн-рішення.
• Досвід у сфері iGaming (онлайн-казино, ставки на спорт) буде значною перевагою: розуміння специфіки ставок, гейміфікації, підходів до залучення користувачів.
• Знання принципів гейміфікації та механік, що покращують утримання та перехресний продаж (cross-sell) між різними продуктами.
• Вміння працювати з даними: аналізувати поведінку користувачів, виділяти інсайти та перетворювати їх на дизайн-рішення.
• Високий рівень комунікації та навички презентації: вміння захищати концепцію перед командою, стейкхолдерами, маркетингом.
• Гнучкість і системне мислення: здатність ураховувати юридичні та технічні обмеження, різні формати коефіцієнтів і швидку зміну даних у live-режим
   

Основні задачі:

• Вирішувати бізнес-завдання з підвищення ключових показників (KPI) для двох основних вертикалей: онлайн-казино та ставки на спорт.
• Розробляти нові фічі та поліпшувати існуючі інструменти продукту, що стимулюють активність, утримання та перехресне використання (cross-sell) різних розділів платформи.
• Працювати над інформаційною архітектурою та користувацькими потоками в умовах швидко змінних коефіцієнтів (live-ставки), різноманітних типів ставок і бонусних механік.
• Інтегрувати елементи гейміфікації та “казино-драйву” у спортивні ставки, зберігаючи збалансованість між азартом і зручністю користування.
• Проводити дослідження (опитування, інтерв’ю, користувацькі тести, аналіз метрик) для розуміння болей і мотивацій користувачів, формулювати та перевіряти гіпотези.
• Співпрацювати з маркетингом і розробкою: брати участь у плануванні промо-кампаній, адаптувати дизайн під юридичні та технічні вимоги, презентувати концепти та результати.
• Оптимізувати UX/UI для мульти-юрисдикційного застосування: враховувати різні правила й відображення коефіцієнтів, специфіку локального ринку.
• Відстежувати результати впровадження: аналізувати динаміку продукту після релізу, пропонувати подальші покращення, організовувати A/B-тести чи покроковий реліз нових функцій.
• Створювати документацію та матеріали (гайди, презентації, опис UI-патернів), які допоможуть команді розробки реалізувати дизайн-рішення якісно й послідовно.

Буде плюсом:

• Досвід у сфері iGaming (онлайн-казино, ставки на спорт) буде значною перевагою: розуміння специфіки ставок, гейміфікації, підходів до залучення користувачів.

Що потрібно буде робити:
• Розробляти сучасні, зручні та візуально привабливі інтерфейси для веб- та мобільних продуктів.
• Створювати вайрфрейми, інтерактивні прототипи та фінальні UI-макети у Figma.
• Розвивати та підтримувати дизайн-систему (компоненти, токени, гайдлайни).
• Тісно співпрацювати з розробниками, продакт-менеджерами, аналітиками.
• Доводити дизайн до реалізації, працювати з розробниками та перевіряти впроваджені рішення.

Що ми очікуємо від тебе:
• Від 3 років досвіду роботи UX/UI дизайнером у продуктових командах або агентствах.
• Сильне портфоліо з прикладами реальних проєктів, включаючи складні інтерфейси та якісні лендинги.
• Глибокі знання UI/UX-патернів, юзабіліті, типографіки, теорії кольору.
• Figma на просунутому рівні: autolayout, variables, components, design tokens, прототипування.
• Розуміння платформних гайдлайнів (Material Design, Human Interface Guidelines).
• Досвід роботи з дизайн-системами та бібліотеками компонентів.
• Аналітичне мислення: здатність аргументувати свої рішення на основі даних.
• Самостійність, проактивність, уміння працювати з фідбеком.

Буде плюсом:
• Досвід роботи з Framer.
• Розуміння основ HTML/CSS (щоб краще взаємодіяти з розробниками).
• Навички анімації інтерфейсів (Principle, After Effects, Lottie).
• Досвід роботи з нейромережами (Midjourney, Stable Diffusion) для генерації контенту.
