Project Description:

The Governance Team is looking for an Infographic / Presentation Designer to support the creation, beautification, and professional polishing of business presentations and reports.

The main focus of the role is to transform business information, data, and complex ideas into clear, visually engaging, and professional PowerPoint presentations tailored to different audiences, including management and leadership.

The designer will work closely with R&A team members and business stakeholders to ensure that presentations effectively communicate key messages through strong visual storytelling, infographics, layouts, and consistent corporate design.

The role also includes formatting and visual improvement of Microsoft Word documents and, where required, supporting content presentation in Confluence.

Responsibilities:

- Create, beautify and professionally polish Microsoft PowerPoint presentations in line with corporate design standards and business requirements.

We're looking for a hands-on Senior Creative Designer who will own Coinask's visual quality and personally produce strong graphic and video content.

We don't need someone who just executes a brief — we need a strong designer with great visual taste and an understanding of how design drives business results. About the Role

The core focus of this role is hands-on design production.

UI/UX Designer

S-KIT — українська інженерно-технологічна компанія, що розробляє та створює власні технологічні продукти.

Діяльність компанії також охоплює постачання комп’ютерної та офісної техніки, електронного, серверного й мережевого обладнання для державних і приватних замовників. Ми працюємо з різними категоріями продукції: комп’ютерами, ноутбуками, серверами та серверним обладнанням, принтерами, БФП, моніторами, периферійним і мережевим обладнанням, комплектуючими, засобами зв’язку та іншими технічними рішеннями.

У зв’язку з розвитком власних продуктів шукаємо UI/UX дизайнера, який допоможе створювати зручні, функціональні та сучасні цифрові рішення для web, mobile та software-продуктів.

Обов’язки:

• Проєктування UI/UX для web- та mobile-додатків, SaaS-платформ і dashboard’ів.
• Розробка user flows, wireframes, прототипів та фінальних макетів.
• Розвиток і підтримка дизайн-системи: UI-компоненти, патерни та гайдлайни.
• Створення зрозумілих інтерфейсів для продуктів зі складною функціональністю та великим обсягом інформації.
• Опрацювання інформаційної архітектури та користувацьких сценаріїв.
• Проведення ітерацій дизайну на основі зворотного зв’язку від команди та користувачів.
• Тісна співпраця з Product, Engineering та іншими командами на всіх етапах створення продукту.
• Супровід реалізації дизайну на етапі розробки та контроль відповідності фінального продукту дизайн-рішенням.

Що важливо:

• Від 1 року досвіду роботи в UI/UX дизайні.
• Портфоліо з web/mobile продуктами, dashboard’ами та/або дизайн-системами.
• Впевнене володіння Figma.
• Розуміння UX, інформаційної архітектури та принципів сучасного UI-дизайну.
• Досвід роботи зі складними інтерфейсами та великими обсягами інформації.
• Здатність перетворювати складні функціональні вимоги на зрозумілі та зручні користувацькі сценарії.
• Системне мислення, увага до деталей та вміння працювати з комплексними задачами.
• Вміння аргументувати дизайн-рішення та ефективно комунікувати з командою.

Буде плюсом:

• Досвід роботи з B2B або SaaS-продуктами.
• Досвід проєктування dashboard’ів та data-driven інтерфейсів.
• Досвід роботи з продуктами, що мають складну бізнес-логіку або велику кількість функцій.
• Досвід роботи з hardware/software продуктами.
• Розуміння принципів responsive design та adaptive interfaces.

Наразі в пошуку AI Motion Designer до себе в команду в продукт Savvy Kid, цифровий застосунок для підтримки батьків дітей із РДУГ(ADHD) та іншими поведінковими й емоційними труднощами. 

Кого саме шукаємо 👇:

- 1+ рік комерційного досвіду у моушн-дизайні та відеомонтажі з підписочними моделями бізнесу
- Практичний досвід роботи з Seedance 2.0 та іншими інструментами генерації відео на основі ШІ
- AI-first мислення та природний інтерес до того, як зробити процес створення креативів швидшим, масштабованішим та ефективнішим.
- Буде плюсом досвід з автоматизаціями в моушн та статичному дизайні

Обов'язки 👇:

- Написання промптів для подальших генерацій
- Генерації складних сцен для різних форматів відео (як коротких до 60 секунд, так і довгих 3+ хвилин)
- Робота з саунд дизайном та ШІ озвучкою
- Пряме підпорядкування Head of Creative Production з дотриманням КПІ, обов'язків зустрічей, тощо

Шукаємо Motion/Static Designer, який створюватиме статичні та відео-креативи для performance marketing (Meta, TikTok).

Важливо: 
• ти активно працюєш з AI-генерацією (зображення, відео, озвучка) як основним інструментом створення контенту 
• фінальну збірку робиш в After Effects/Premiere 
• твоя задача — від ідеї та AI-генерації до готового рекламного креативу
 

Що потрібно робити: 
• Генерувати зображення та відео за допомогою AI-інструментів (Flux, Midjourney, Kling, Runway та інші) 
• Створювати AI-озвучку для відеокреативів 
• Збирати фінальні креативи в After Effects / Premiere 
• Будувати креативи за структурою hook/body/endscreen 
• Адаптувати креативи під формати 9:16 та 1:1 
• Створювати варіації креативів для тестування 
• Орієнтуватися на результат — успіх креативу = продажі
 

Вимоги:
• Впевнене володіння AI-генерацією (Flux, Midjourney, Kling, Runway або аналоги) 
• Досвід роботи в After Effects або Premiere 
• Розуміння структури рекламного креативу (hook/body/endscreen) • Досвід роботи з форматами 9:16 та 1:1 
• Базовий рівень англійської — для написання промптів 
• Уважність до деталей та вміння вкладатися в дедлайни

• Досвід з 11Labs / липсинк 
• Володіння CapCut 
• Володіння Figma
