- Strong requirements-elicitation skills - running interviews and workshops, asking questions that uncover what stakeholders actually need rather than what they first ask for. 

- Strong stakeholder facilitation - comfortable leading workshops with mixed audiences (executives, operations, engineers). 

- Proficiency in business process modeling. 

- Hands-on experience with scope modeling techniques — context diagrams, functional decomposition. 

- Ability to write clear functional specifications. 

- Experience working in Azure DevOps, Jira, or an equivalent issue tracker — backlog management, work item linking, traceability. 

- Structured, system-level thinking. 

- Self-management and initiative — comfortable owning an initiative end-to-end without close supervision. 

Nice to have: 

- Experience with the Microsoft business stack: Dynamics 365, Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps), Microsoft 365, Power BI. 

- Practical experience using Claude, Claude Code, or similar AI agents to accelerate analysis, documentation, and exploration work.

We're looking for an experienced Business Analyst to work with stakeholders, product, and delivery teams — turning business needs into clear requirements and effective software solutions in a regulated healthcare environment.

  This is a fully remote role.

  Responsibilities

  - Gather and clarify requirements using interviews, workshops, document analysis, and other elicitation techniques.

  - Analyze business processes and data, and translate needs into functional and non-functional requirements.

  - Create and maintain epics, use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

  - Identify gaps, dependencies, risks, and inconsistencies in requirements.

  - Collaborate with stakeholders, SMEs, designers, developers, and QA.

  - Create process flows and system diagrams using UML, BPMN, or similar.

  - Manage requirements scope and support solution validation and user acceptance testing.

  - Help ensure requirements account for healthcare compliance and data privacy (e.g., HIPAA/PHI).

  Requirements

  - At least 2 years of professional Business Analyst experience on software projects.

  - Experience in the healthcare domain (health tech, payers/claims, clinical/EHR, life sciences, or similar).

  - Strong knowledge of requirements elicitation, analysis, documentation, and management.

  - Understanding of AI-powered products or Agentic AI solutions.

  - Practical experience with Agile (Scrum or Kanban).

  - Experience creating diagrams using UML, BPMN, or similar notation.

  - Strong facilitation, analytical, and communication skills.

  - Comfortable working in a fully remote, distributed team, with excellent written and verbal English.

  Nice to Have

  - Familiarity with healthcare compliance (e.g., HIPAA) or claims/payer workflows.

  - SQL experience.

Чим ви займатиметесь:
- Збір, аналіз і документування вимог від замовників (обленерго, енергоринок, міжнародні клієнти) та внутрішніх стейкхолдерів.
- Написання специфікацій, функціональних описів і користувацької документації.
- Звірка вимог із фактичним станом платформи разом із командою розробки.
- Конкурентний та ринковий аналіз рішень у сфері smart metering / HES / MDM.
- Опис бізнес-процесів і потоків даних (діаграми, схеми).

Обовʼязкові вимоги:
- Досвід роботи бізнес-аналітиком від 2 років.
- Уміння збирати, структурувати та документувати вимоги, писати чіткі, однозначні ТЗ та user stories.
- Практичний досвід роботи з Jira та Confluence (або аналогами).
- Володіння нотаціями моделювання процесів - BPMN / UML (або схожими).

- Досвід роботи з REST API / SOAP та інтеграціями між системами.

- Досвід участі в тендерах / підготовці відповідей на RFP.
