You'll be the technical backbone of a growing agency. That means building and maintaining our infrastructure (custom tech stack), architecting data pipelines that feed our outbound engine, managing API connections across our systems, and creating AI-powered workflows that multiply our output. You'll work directly with the founder.

You'll be designing systems from first principles, shipping fast, and watching your work directly drive revenue. We use AI tools aggressively and expect you to as well.

A fast-growing Dutch cloud MSP (Azure/AWS) is looking for an experienced ops professional to bring structure to a scaling operation and then run it.
 

What you'll do

In the first 8 weeks, you design the foundations: incident management, ticket workflows, client communication standards, onboarding process, and Zendesk configuration. After that, you own the day-to-day: queue oversight, SLA monitoring, client updates, weekly reviews, and monthly reporting.
 

Who you are

You've worked in IT operations, service delivery, or customer success operations at a tech company or MSP. You've built processes where none existed and you're equally comfortable designing a framework as triaging a live incident. You work autonomously, communicate proactively, and don't need hand-holding.
 

Must-haves

• 3+ years in IT ops, service delivery, or CS ops at a tech company or MSP
• Experience building operational processes from scratch
• Hands-on with Zendesk or similar ticketing tools
• Comfortable with cloud environments (Azure/AWS) at a conceptual level
• Available CET business hours, fluent English
