About Asgaardian

Asgaardian is a new European premium trading card game accessories brand built by industry experts. We design and manufacture everything in Europe — built on a commitment to quality, craftsmanship, and the TCG community we love. We're growing, and we need a designer who can grow with us.

The Role

We're looking for a versatile, end-to-end Brand & Graphic Designer to own the visual identity of Asgaardian across every touchpoint — from packaging and product design to digital presence and trade show booths. This is a broad, hands-on role for someone who thinks in systems but executes in details.

You'll be our go-to creative for everything design-related — working closely with the commercial and marketing team to make sure Asgaardian looks and feels world-class wherever it shows up.

What You'll Work On

  • Brand identity — maintaining, evolving, and applying our visual language consistently across all channels
  • Packaging design — sleeves, boxes, retail displays, and product launches
  • Website & digital UI/UX — designing web pages, landing pages, and digital assets that convert and look great
  • Trade show & event materials — booth design, signage, banners, and exhibition graphics (e.g. Spiel Essen, GAMA Expo)
  • Retail & POS materials — point-of-sale displays, retailer kits, in-store collateral for our LGS (local game store) partners
  • Marketing assets — social media graphics, campaign visuals, email templates, ads
  • Presentation decks — pitch decks, partner materials, internal documents

Basically: if it needs to look good, it lands on your desk.

What We're Looking For

  • A strong portfolio showing versatility — brand, print, digital, and environmental/event design
  • An eye for premium aesthetics with practical production know-how
  • Experience working with physical product design and print specifications
  • Comfortable working independently and managing your own projects end-to-end
  • Good communicator who can translate business needs into visual concepts fast
  • Experience in or genuine interest in the gaming, hobby, or collectibles space is a big plus — you don't have to play TCGs, but you have to care about the world we operate in

Nice to Have

  • Motion graphics or short-format video editing
  • Experience with trade show or booth design
  • Understanding of retail/packaging production workflows
  • Basic HTML/CSS or familiarity with web CMS tools

The Details

  • Type: Full-time or part-time — we're open to the right setup for the right person
  • Location: Remote
  • Reporting to: Brand & Marketing lead
