Requirements

• 2–3 years as an IT Project Manager, ideally in fintech or startups.

• Experience building processes for small, cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Basic understanding of software development and fintech compliance needs.
• Proactive and adaptable in dynamic environments.

 YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent
• Extensive experience in frontend development (> 5 years) and at least some experience in backend (node or python or similar)
• Knowledge of our tech stack and willingness to learn new frameworks and technologies
• Emphasis on usability and creating user-friendly interfaces
• Ability to work in a team as well as independently and carefully
• Good English language skills;   German language skills is a plus
