You are invited to join the Metamindz founding partners, and amazing tech team!

This opportunity is truly unique - you’re joining our core team, and there is a clear career progression - growing from a developer / Engineering Manager - into a Head of Development, and then CTO - overseeing all projects & managing all our dev teams.

    The job is going to be truly unique;
From day 1, you’ll be working across our core 4 services - Technical due-diligence for startups, Fractional CTO & Advisory gigs, technical recruitment, and software development as-a-service.

You’ll work with clients from the UK, US, Europe and Israel, and will have a massive impact on the projects we’re building, and our clients’ success.

We have a very direct & truthful approach to our work. No trends. We’re not β€˜yes’ people; we’re challenging ideas, suggesting the best way forward, and can disagree with each other (and our clients) - as long as we are basing our suggestions on data, and are offering solutions in response.

    Our projects’ typical tech stack

    • Web: React, Typescript, NextJS, Tailwind, Node, NestJS
    • AI: Vercel AI SDK, Python, some self-hosted models, RAG
    • Mobile: React Native, Flutter
    • Cloud: Vercel, Google Cloud, Fly.io
    • PaaS: Firebase, Supabase
    • DB: PostgreSQL
    • E-comm: Shopify (headless, and non-headless)

You are not expected to be proficient in all of these frameworks, but you are expected to know well at least most of them. You’re also expected to be interested in AI, and we’d want to see some personal projects / self learning that you’ve done over the years.
Most importantly, you need to be comfortable picking up new frameworks and languages quickly and as we go, even if at a basic level.

    Responsibilities

    • Leading the development of our clients’ projects; Both hands-on, and by managing developers. We can offer a balance of 40% (hands-on) - 60% (leadership).
    • Working with different tech stacks
    • Deciding on the best tech stack & architecture for new projects, and leading the technical estimation work before a project is signed off
    • Reviewing other developers’ code, and helping them if they’re stuck / helping with any questions, pair programming
    • Communicating about technical things with the clients, answering technical questions, making suggestions
    • Conducting technical interviews as part of our recruitment service
    • Conducting technical due-diligence and technical assessments of the clients’ tech stack, creating our unique reports, and advising them on any necessary changes + helping their teams

    Requirements

    • NO previous management experience required
    • You must still be hands-on (coding, architecture, etc) today
    • 4+ years of commercial experience with React (or React Native), NodeJS, Typescript, and end-to-end website development - a must
    • Experience with databases - SQL - a must
    • Experience with cloud providers - either one of these - AWS, GCP, Heroku - a must
    • Formal education or a degree are NOT required - self learners are welcome, as long as you have the required skills & experience mentioned above
    • Interest in AI, LLMs, and at least a basic understanding in how they work
    • Desire to be a tech lead, and split your time in the following way: ~40% hands-on tech work, and ~60% - leadership work

    Personal traits

    • Creativity & curiosity - you’re comfortable trying out new things & new approaches, you're happy to learn new things on the go
    • Resilience - you can deal with a β€œNo” and with change requests coming from clients and management, even if it's related to a feature you're really proud of
    • Organisation - you need to be an organised person, with good multitasking & time management skills
    • Caring about the customers - they are our number one priority. Our DNA is being transparent, to-the-point, and kind.
    • Independent - we'd love to see you grow into a CTO role in the future and as the time goes by, which means you need to have the power to build & document things, and be independent in your work when required
    • Excellent communication skills & friendly nature
    • Strong English - a must
    • You are comfortable with a straight to the point, no sugarcoating approach (yet can balance it with kindness and care)

    Salary

    • Base salary
    • Commission paid for any projects you introduce to the company
    • Fully remote opportunity,
      • If you’re UK-based - then meeting in London once a month

We are looking for an ML Engineer to join IntelliArts and become part of a brand-new team building a product for a US-based healthcare AI marketing startup. The solution is being developed from scratch, and you’ll work on cutting-edge ML/LLM applications in a compliance-heavy domain. Together with 4 Full Stack Engineers and another ML Engineer (all based in Ukraine within IntelliArts), you’ll create intelligent systems that make marketing in the pharmaceutical industry both compliant and scalable.

You’ll be working on solutions where marketing materials must align with strict U.S. regulatory standards. The product combines three types of data: clinical trial reports, marketing materials, and regulatory guidelines, enabling LLM-powered compliance checking and fact verification. From digitizing complex PDFs with graphs and tables to comparing claims against trial evidence and highlighting compliance risks, you’ll contribute to building a reliable AI-driven compliance platform.

    Responsibilities

    • Translate business needs into ML/LLM problems
    • Build, validate, and deploy solutions for OCR, fact verification, and compliance checking using LLMs and supporting ML components
    • Define evaluation metrics and experimentation loops (e.g., fact-checking accuracy, compliance precision/recall, human-in-the-loop review efficiency)
    • Integrate models into microservices and workflows (batch/real-time inference, APIs, containers)
    • Establish MLOps foundations: model versioning, CI/CD, monitoring, and drift detection for LLM and OCR components
    • Collaborate closely with software engineers, domain experts, and compliance stakeholders to ensure models deliver measurable business and regulatory impact
    • Explore opportunities for safe text generation: assisting marketing teams by drafting compliant materials grounded in clinical data and guidelines

    Required skills

    • 4+ years of hands-on experience in applied machine learning and NLP, with a proven track record in delivering production systems
    • Practical experience with LLMs: fine-tuning and prompt design, evaluation methods, and integration via APIs and local model deployments (e.g., HuggingFace, OpenAI, Anthropic)
    • Experience working with OCR tools and pipelines, including extracting structured information from scanned PDFs (text, tables, graphs) and transforming it into usable data for downstream tasks
    • Experience building and deploying solutions for fact verification, compliance checking, or text classification in real-world workflows
    • Strong understanding of LLM evaluation and error analysis, including metrics for compliance, factuality, and hallucination control (precision/recall, F1, factual consistency scores, calibration methods)
    • Familiarity with explainability techniques for NLP/LLM systems (attention maps, rationale extraction, human-in-the-loop review)
    • Experience with ML/LLM versioning and reproducibility tools (e.g., MLflow, DVC, Weights & Biases)
    • Familiarity with cloud-based ML/LLM infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure) and containerized deployments
    • English Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher

    As a plus

    • Experience with retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) for grounding LLM outputs in external sources
    • Knowledge of the pharmaceutical or healthcare domain, especially regulatory compliance processes
    • Experience building or evaluating fact-checking systems (e.g., claim verification, evidence retrieval, consistency checking)

    Personal Profile Overview

    • Owning the full ML/LLM lifecycle (problem framing, data preparation, solution design, deployment, monitoring)
    • Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field
    • Stability in previous employment history, with a tendency to remain with employers for extended periods
    • Experience managing diverse project activities (not only coding, but also requirements analysis, estimations, and documentation for compliance-heavy domains)
    • Clear and effective communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to convey ideas, information, and messages accurately and efficiently to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
    • Proficiency in fostering effective collaboration and teamwork activities
    • Ability to analyze complex information, assess risks, and make decisions based on sound reasoning and regulatory constraints
    • Focus on building trustworthy solutions that prioritize safety and customer satisfaction
    • Analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and a strategic approach to technical challenges
    • Transparency in sharing information within a team and company
    • Willingness to acquire new knowledge and insights to enhance professional growth and performance

    We offer

    • Fuel your professional growth with paid online courses, conferences, certifications, English classes, a corporate library, and a leadership program
