About the Role
We are seeking an AI Solutions Specialist / AI Automation Specialist to help drive AI adoption and business process automation across the organization. The successful candidate will work closely with business users to understand their needs, build practical AI solutions, and continuously improve AI agents and automated workflows. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys experimenting with modern AI tools and turning innovative ideas into tangible business value.
Role Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, maintain, and enhance AI agents and AI-based solutions.
- Create, test, and optimize prompts for various business scenarios.
- Support implementation and adoption of AI solutions across teams.
- Identify and implement process automation opportunities.
- Evaluate effectiveness and quality of AI agents and AI-driven workflows.
- Document solutions, best practices, and implementation guidelines.
- Test new AI products, features, and capabilities and provide recommendations on their adoption.
Required:
- Degree in Computer Science, IT or Business Analytics. Additional certifications/courses/trainings in AI, Data Analytics, or Automation are considered an advantage.
- English B2 (both speaking and writing).

- Strong understanding of modern AI technologies and their business applications.
- Ability to design, create, maintain, and improve AI agents.
- Strong prompt engineering skills and understanding of prompting techniques.
- Understanding of differences between AI models and appropriate use cases for each.

- Ability to translate business requirements into AI-powered solutions.
- Ability to evaluate agent performance and recommend improvements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Experience:
- working with AI tools, automation platforms, or digital transformation initiatives.
- creating, configuring, testing, or supporting AI agents, AI assistants, or workflow automations.
- analyzing business processes and identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements.
- communicating with business users, gathering requirements, and translating business needs into practical solutions.
Preferred Experience:
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Microsoft 365 Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, or similar AI platforms.
- Experience with no-code / low-code automation tools (e.g. Copilot Studio, Power Automate etc.).
- Experience with prompt engineering and optimization of AI-generated outputs.
- Understanding of AI Skills, Knowledge Bases, and Agentic AI concepts.
