    • Build and scale the full marketing function from scratch: strategy, structure, processes, and teams
    • Launch, develop, and scale affiliate programs from zero (strategy, terms, partners, operations)
    • Manage and scale all acquisition channels: Paid Social (Meta, TikTok, etc.), Google Ads / UAC, SEO (brand, cross-brand, non-brand), ASO, Influencer & Streamer marketing, Affiliate / CPA networks
    • Ensure high-quality traffic only, using BI tools to detect fraud and predict ROI
    • Hire, lead, and develop cross-functional teams
    • Negotiate and optimize partner deals, payout models, and commercial terms
    • Build strong inbound & outbound funnels and local partnerships
    • Own financial planning and P&L:
    • Manage $500K+ monthly budgets
    • Control channel mix and performance (ROI, CPA, ARPU, LTV)
    • Analyze CJM and funnels, identify bottlenecks, and drive conversion growth

    What Experience Matters to Us

We are looking for a Tech Lead (Ruby) to own the technical direction of one product team.
This role is for a strong backend engineer who cares deeply about engineering quality, system reliability, and good development practices — not just writing features.

You will be responsible for architecture, code quality, delivery process, and helping the team grow technically.

    Requirements (Must Have):

    • Strong experience with Ruby in production systems.
    • Solid backend engineering background:
      • Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
      • Understanding of data modeling, indexing, transactions, and performance trade-offs.
    • Good understanding of modern infrastructure:
      • Containers and Kubernetes (how applications run, scale, fail, and recover).
      • Observability stack: metrics (Prometheus), dashboards (Grafana), logs (ELK / Loki).
    • Strong engineering culture mindset:
      • Automated testing is mandatory (unit, integration, CI).
      • Ownership of code quality and enforcement of standards.
      • Experience running meaningful code reviews.
    • Experience working in product teams with real production responsibility.
    • Ability to own technical decisions and communicate clearly with engineers and stakeholders.

    Responsibilities:

    • Own the technical direction of one product team (architecture, quality, scalability, reliability).
    • Lead development in a Ruby-based stack while applying strong backend engineering practices.
    • Drive engineering excellence:
      • Code reviews, coding standards, and best practices.
      • Strong focus on automated testing (unit, integration, CI quality gates).
      • Improving observability, reliability, and operational maturity.
    • Participate in release planning and execution:
      • Coordinate releases, assess risks, ensure smooth deployments.
      • Work closely with product, QA, and infrastructure teams.
    • Design and evolve system architecture:
      • Data modeling, database design, performance, scalability.
      • Infrastructure-aware design (containers, orchestration, monitoring).
    • Mentor engineers and raise the overall engineering bar of the team.
    • Actively participate in technical decision making and long-term improvements.

    Nice to Have:

    • Experience with high-load or distributed systems.
    • CI/CD pipelines, release automation, progressive delivery.
    • Experience improving legacy systems and managing technical debt.
    • Cloud experience (AWS / GCP / Azure).
    • Experience mentoring or leading engineers.

    What We Value:

    • Engineering quality over short-term hacks.
    • Strong ownership and accountability.
    • Clear communication and pragmatic decision making.
    • Curiosity and continuous improvement mindset.

    • Opportunities for professional growth and development.

    • Lead the existing team and develop management layers as the business scales
    • Establish KPIs, performance tracking, and accountability culture
    • Build structured workflows and clear processes

    Governance & Representation

    • Full ownership and signing authority for operational documents, contracts, and accounts
    • Represent the company with regulators, banks, and key partners
    • Work closely with holding management to align strategy and priorities

    Ideal Candidate Profile

    Experience & Background

    • 7+ years in fintech, payments, acquiring, PSP, or financial services
    • Proven experience running an operational business (not just launching from zero)

    • Strategic impact — lead a high-performing fintech company in Kazakhstan
    • Hands-on innovation — grow, scale, and optimize a real business
    • Flexible, outcome-driven culture — remote-friendly, results-oriented, no unnecessary bureaucracy

    About Sembly AI

Sembly AI is a SaaS platform that transforms conversations into actionable intelligence. We are a product-led company with thousands of daily users. Our technology integrates with Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, and Webex to generate polished deliverables (summaries, reports, proposals) and actionable insights.

    The Mission

We are hiring a Head of Growth to build the engine for net new customer acquisition.

We are looking for a Head of Growth Marketing to solve the "Lead Volume" equation.

Your mandate is singular: Drive Net New Business. While our Sales team manages our existing user expansion, your job is to hunt in the wild. You will build and scale the paid and organic channels that bring new buyers to Sembly, ensuring our Sales team has a constant stream of high-intent, qualified opportunities from outside our current database.

You will report directly to the COO and work alongside a fractional CMO (Advisor).

    Key Responsibilities

    • Own the "New Business" Number: You are responsible for the monthly target of Net New Qualified Leads (MQLs) delivered to Sales.
    • Lead the Team: You will directly manage the Content/SEO Manager and an Analytics resource.
    • Manage the Budget: You will deploy a monthly performance budget across Paid Search (Google), Paid Social (LinkedIn), and other channels. You own the ROI of every dollar spent.
    • Define and Validate ICPs: You will collaborate with the fractional CMO to define ICPs and rigorously test it in the market. You are responsible for validating who our best buyers actually are and providing data-backed feedback to refine our ICP definitions.
    • Translate Messaging into Creative: You will translate our core value propositions into specific ad copy, hooks, and landing page narratives. You ensure our message resonates on a tactical level.
    • Channel Discovery: You will identify and validate the channels where our ICP hangs out. You aren't just optimizing existing ads; you are launching new experiments to find our next wave of growth.
    • The "Front Door" Experience: You own the website conversion rate, landing pages, and the "Book a Demo" flow. You ensure that when traffic arrives, it converts.
    • Creative Self-Sufficiency: You will work with a shared internal Designer for high-value assets, but you are expected to be proficient enough in Canva/Figma/Unbounce to ship ad creatives and landing pages independently when speed is required.

    The Ideal Profile

    • 6-10 Years B2B SaaS Experience: You have a track record of driving inbound demand for SaaS products in the $5M–$10M ARR range.
    • Paid Acquisition Expert: You have personally managed monthly ad budgets of $20k+. You know exactly how to target "Team Leads" and "Directors" on LinkedIn and Google.
    • A "Hunter" Mindset: You are a hands-on leader who wants to figure out how to get Sembly in front of the segments of the market that haven’t heard of us yet.
    • Technical Marketer: You understand pixel tracking, UTMs, and attribution. You can prove exactly which ad drove which demo. You’ve gotten messy with Javascript and liked it.
    • Martech Friendly: You are familiar with leading and emerging marketing tool stacks that achieve great results.
    • Analytical Approach: You believe “if it wasn’t measured it didn’t happen” – you rely heavily on metrics and statistics to make data driven decisions.
    • Design & Copy Capable: You can write a compelling cold ad and design a decent banner without waiting 3 days for a designer.

    Why Join Sembly?

    • Clean Mandate: You don't have to worry about churn or upsells. Your only job is Growth.
    • Exciting Product: We are pioneers in a new AI-enabled product category.
    • Product-Market Fit: We have thousands of users. The product works. We need you to pour fuel on the fire.
    • Leadership Opportunity: You will be heading up a new marketing function, with an opportunity to flex your leadership talents in a fast-paced environment.
    • Real Budget: You will have a dedicated budget to test, learn, and scale your strategies.

Full-Stack Engineer (Node/React/TypeScript) — Image Generation for Home Interiors to $8000

We’re building a web platform that lets users take photos of real rooms and see photorealistic visualizations of products placed inside those spaces using modern image generation.

This is a core product experience, not a demo. The output quality matters, the UX matters, and the system needs to scale to real users.

We’re hiring a full-stack engineer to own delivery of this experience end-to-end, embedded directly with our internal engineering team.

    You'll be asked to deliver:
    - User-driven image generation flows
    - Photorealistic room visualizations using Google's Nano Banana
    - Backend services to manage generation jobs, prompts, inputs, outputs, and metadata
    - The database to store this data
    - Frontend experiences for browsing, regenerating, and comparing generated images

This is an engineering-heavy role - you’ll be designing systems, not just wiring up APIs.

*We care less about years of experience and more about proof you've built something real using LLMs or image generation.*

    You should have:
    - Demonstrable experience using LLMs or image generation APIs in a real project
    - Comfort owning features end-to-end (backend, frontend, data model)
    - Strong TypeScript fundamentals
    - Solid product instincts  (you can reason about UX, not just code)
    - Experience shipping production features, not just prototypes

Bond Studio makes software that lets users capture their space with their phone and see a visualization of how that room could look if it were remodeled.  Users can browse products, select them, and see them visualized in their space.

Part of this experience is search where users can type in queries and see products based on their query.  Currently this functionality is powered by a custom Python service that contains an index of all of our products and leverages LLMs to provide results to users.
Search quality and speed are critical to the overall user experience.
We have a comprehensive benchmark for this service and are looking to work with a software engineer to improve its performance on this benchmark.

This is not a greenfield project. You will be working with an existing production system and are expected to diagnose bottlenecks, propose improvements, and implement measurable gains.

You will analyze and improve a real-world product search system that includes:

A large, structured product catalog with many attributes and variants.
User-driven filtering and refinement (dimensions, style, finish, price, etc.).

Natural-language queries interpreted by an LLM-backed layer.

A backend search service that must be fast, stable, and scalable.

The focus of this engagement is on result quality while maintaining acceptable performance.

    🎯 What you’ll do:

    • own the technical delivery of game teams from idea to live operations:
    • write and review production code regularly
    • design and evolve game systems
    • step into complex technical problems when they matter
    • ensure games are stable, performant, and shippable

You’ll run the full lifecycle: discovery → implementation → QA → release → live ops. You’ll work closely with engineers, QA, product, and art - not as a coordinator, but as a technical decision-maker.

This is not a people-heavy management role. Leadership comes from technical ownership and example.

🔧 How hands-on is this? Very.

    • commit code to production
    • review architecture and PRs
    • debug live issues
    • pair with engineers on hard problems

    🧠 What you bring

    • strong hands-on engineering background
    • experience owning production systems
    • comfort with live releases and real users
    • technical credibility with senior engineers

    Strong plus

    • Games / iGaming / real-time products
    • Live Ops or high-availability systems

    🧰 Tech context

    • JavaScript / TypeScript
    • Node.js
    • Game or frontend-facing systems (Pixi.js / Phaser.js / Canvas / WebGL)

👉 This is not for you if

    • You don’t code anymore
    • You want a people-management-only role
    • You prefer coordination over engineering

👉 This is for you if

You want to lead teams through technical strength, ship real products, and stay close to the code while having more impact.

    🎯 What you’ll do

    • design, build, and improve core game systems
    • write and review production code
    • debug and fix complex live issues
    • set technical standards through example

You’ll own systems end to end: idea → implementation → QA → release → live ops. You’ll work daily with engineers, QA, product, and art - driving decisions through technical clarity.

This is a hands-on leadership role, not management.

    🔑 What leadership means here

    • You lead by coding, pairing, reviewing, and fixing
    • People follow your decisions because they trust your judgment
    • You raise the bar without becoming a bottleneck

No headcount ownership. No delivery theater. Just real engineering leadership.

    🧠 What you bring

    • Deep hands-on engineering experience
    • Regular production coding
    • Ownership mindset for live systems
    • Comfort with complexity and ambiguity

    Strong plus

    • Games / iGaming / interactive products
    • Performance-sensitive or real-time systems

    🧰 Tech context

    • JavaScript / TypeScript
    • Node.js
    • Game / frontend-heavy systems (Pixi.js / Phaser.js / Canvas / WebGL)

You don’t need to know everything on day one - you need to be able to go deep fast.

👉 This is not for you if

    • You want to move away from coding
    • You expect authority without hands-on work
    • You avoid production responsibility

👉 This is for you if

You want to stay deeply technical, have real influence on how things are built, and ship games that run in production not slides.

    • Partner tightly with Product Owners / Architects — no handoffs, shared ownership of outcomes.
    • Raise execution quality: set engineering standards, improve estimation realism, reduce chaos in delivery.
    • Jump into incidents, drive RCA, make fixes stick (not band-aids).

    • Solid cloud + runtime experience: Kubernetes, Docker, AWS.
    • Data-driven mindset: performance metrics, observability, reliability thinking.
    • Leadership without politics: you’re direct, structured, and you don’t hide behind process.
    • Bonus: ClickHouse / PostgreSQL / MongoDB / DynamoDB.

    🔧 How We Work

    • Speed > perfection. Measure, learn, iterate.
    • Impact > output. We care about scalable fixes.
    • Direct > polite. Say what’s broken, fix it.
    • No silos. Shared responsibility for outcomes.

    🔥 What We Offer

    • Fully remote (Europe).
    • Unlimited vacation + paid sick leave.
    • Quarterly bonuses.
    • Medical insurance for you + partner.
