Your Mission

Summary

Yokeru (yokeru.ai) builds AI voice agents for telecare and care providers in the UK and US. Our agents make and answer calls for teams that look after older and vulnerable people: welfare calls, alarm triage, appointment follow-ups. When our agent flags that someone needs help, that has to land in the customer's system in seconds. That last mile is your job.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Build integrations between our voice agents (Retell AI) and customer systems: CRMs, alarm receiving platforms, ticketing tools
- Webhooks, REST APIs, serverless functions (AWS Lambda, Node.js), n8n workflows
- Write and tune agent prompts and conversation flows, then test them against real call scenarios

In this role, you will focus on securing Kubernetes workloads, implementing runtime threat detection with Falco, integrating security monitoring with SIEM platforms, and collaborating closely with Platform and DevOps teams to embed security best practices into deployment pipelines.

This is you

• Hands-on experience securing Kubernetes deployments and containerized workloads.
• Strong knowledge of Linux operating systems and system administration.
• Experience with SIEM platforms such as Splunk, Rapid7, ELK, QRadar, or similar.
• Experience working with Kubernetes security best practices, including RBAC, Pod Security Standards, and workload protection.
• Practical experience with command-line tools and scripting.
• Proficiency in scripting with Python, Bash, PowerShell, or AWS Lambda.
• Experience investigating, triaging, and responding to security incidents.

This is your role

• Assess and improve the security posture of Kubernetes environments by identifying risks and implementing security best practices.
• Design, deploy, configure, and maintain Falco for Kubernetes runtime threat detection.
• Customize Falco rules and integrate alerts with SIEM, logging, monitoring, and incident response platforms.
• Review and secure Helm charts, deployment templates, and Kubernetes configurations.
• Support the investigation and triage of Kubernetes runtime security alerts and security incidents.
• Create and maintain security documentation, playbooks, and operational runbooks.
• Collaborate with Platform, DevOps, and Security teams to embed security controls into Kubernetes deployment workflows.
• Continuously improve Kubernetes runtime security monitoring, detection capabilities, and operational processes.

About you:

• 3+ years of experience with C++;
• Understanding of various data serialization and data representation formats like SQLite, JSON, plist, XML, and Protobuf blobs;
• Strong ability to dissect and comprehend codebases;
• Git/GitHub;
• Foundational OS APIs;
• WinAPI for Windows;

• POSIX, Core Foundation, and Foundation for macOS.

   

What You Will Be Doing:

• Engage in reverse engineering of binary formats and various file systems;
• First, familiarize yourself and focus primarily on supporting and fixing existing codebase;
• Once feeling confident with the product’s backend, develop new features and explore other (sometimes “exotic”) file systems and data formats;
• Collaborate with the team of likeminded pro’s to optimize code for both size and speed;
• Enhance overall product performance.

• Objective-C, Swift, and C#;
• Understanding at least one of major file systems (NTFS, FAT32, EXT4, etc.) and how they manage data;
