Middle / Senior Java Developer

We're expanding our engineering team and are looking for Middle and Senior Java Developers who are passionate about building high-performance backend systems and solving complex technical challenges in a fast-growing product environment.

What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain scalable backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Build reliable, secure, and high-performance applications.
• Collaborate with Front-end Developers, QA Engineers, Product Managers, and DevOps teams.
• Optimize application performance and database queries.
• Participate in architecture discussions and technical planning.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
• Participate in code reviews and continuously improve engineering practices.
• Contribute to CI/CD processes and cloud-based deployments.

Requirements

Middle

• 3+ years of commercial Java development experience.
• Strong knowledge of Java and Spring Boot.
• Experience building REST APIs.
• Experience with SQL databases (PostgreSQL or MySQL).
• Understanding of OOP, design patterns, and clean code principles.
• Experience with Git.
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher.

Senior

• 5+ years of commercial Java development experience.
• Strong experience with Spring Boot and microservices architecture.
• Experience designing scalable and high-load backend systems.
• Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL or MySQL.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred).
• Experience mentoring developers and participating in architectural decisions.
• Strong understanding of performance optimization and distributed systems.
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher.

Nice to Have

• Experience in iGaming, FinTech, or SaaS products.
• Knowledge of Kafka, RabbitMQ, or event-driven architecture.
• Experience with Redis and caching strategies.
• Familiarity with Web3 or blockchain technologies.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Understanding of security best practices for backend systems.
