Infinos is a telemedicine startup with a clear mission: We help people sustainably combat their obesity - with a medically-based weight loss program that actually works.

We're a 9-person team that moves fast, embraces flat hierarchies, and consistently uses AI to work more efficiently. We don't have rigid structures - instead, there's plenty of creative freedom, a broad range of tasks, and the chance to make real impact.

    Tasks

    • Development and enhancement of our internal dashboard (backend + frontend)
    • Building and maintaining automations that make our processes more efficient
    • Working on external frontends - including our Expo mobile app and our Next.js website
    • Code reviews and active contribution to our monorepo codebase
    • Long-term: Growth path toward Tech Lead

    Qualifications

    Must-haves:

    • At least 5 years of software development experience
    • Strong proficiency in TypeScript, Next.js, and React
    • Solid SQL skills (we use PostgreSQL with Prisma)
    • Fluent German
    • Willingness to actively use AI tools like Cursor and Claude Code in your work

    Nice-to-haves:

    • Experience with Prisma or other ORMs
    • Knowledge of tRPC
    • Experience with Expo / React Native
    • Kubernetes know-how
    • Experience with AI SDKs (e.g., Vercel AI SDK) or integrating AI models into projects

    Benefits

    • 100% remote
    • Flexible working hours and async-first culture - we skip unnecessary meetings
    • MacBook Pro and additional hardware (monitors, etc.) as needed
    • Clear career path toward Tech Lead

We're not a corporation with endless approval loops. What you contribute matters here - not your title. If you want to make real impact in a small, high-performing team while consistently using modern tools like AI, we look forward to your application.

Just send us your CV - we don't need a lengthy cover letter. Show us what you've built instead.
