About Us

We are a newly funded MilTech startup building an on-premises platform for automated annotation of petabytes of UAV video and training computer vision models for autonomous flight. We have a strategic partnership with the largest Ukrainian UAV manufacturer and access to what is the largest privately owned UAV video dataset in the world. We are at the very beginning — the technical plan exists, the funding is secured, the data is real — and now we need the right people to turn it into reality.

The Role

We are looking for a Lead CV/ML Engineer as a founding member of the engineering team. This is not a role where you inherit a codebase and maintain it. You will define the ML architecture, choose the tools, build the pipeline from scratch, and grow a team around it as the platform matures.

The technical plan outlines the direction — petabyte-scale video processing, active learning, edge deployment on Jetson — but the specific implementation decisions are yours to make. We value strong technical judgement over checkbox experience with a predefined stack.

What You Will Own

ML Architecture & Technical Direction
- Define the end-to-end ML pipeline: from raw video ingestion through data curation, training, and deployment to UAVs
- Evaluate and select the tools and frameworks that best fit the problem (our current thinking: PyTorch, Ray, MLflow, FiftyOne — but nothing is set in stone)
- Establish training infrastructure, experiment tracking, and model versioning from day one
- Make build-vs-integrate decisions across the stack

Data Pipeline & Curation
- Design video preprocessing pipelines: clip segmentation, frame extraction, scene detection, embedding extraction
- Build a data curation workflow to select diverse, high-quality training subsets from a massive raw corpus
- Define the annotation ontology and labelling policy for detection, classification, and multi-object tracking

Model Development
- Train and iterate on computer vision models for object detection, scene classification, tracking, and segmentation
- Implement distributed multi-GPU training for large-scale experiments
- Design the active learning loop: auto-labelling with confidence routing, human review integration, retrain triggers
- Define quality control metrics and model promotion criteria

Edge Deployment
- Optimize models for real-time inference on NVIDIA Jetson (ONNX, TensorRT, INT8 quantization)
- Validate edge accuracy against training baselines
- Design the model delivery pipeline from registry to deployed UAVs

Team Building
- Hire and mentor ML engineers as the team grows
- Establish engineering practices: code review, testing, documentation
- Own the ML technical roadmap and communicate it across the company

About the Product & Team

The primary objective is to mirror an external candidate database into internal infrastructure to remove external API bottlenecks and provide a centralised data layer for downstream AI workflows.

• The Build: Focuses on continuous synchronisation, database replication, and high-volume data ingestion.
• Team Structure: Engineers will work directly with the Head of AI & Technology, a Technical Product Owner, and the existing backend and DevOps teams.
• Lead Expectations: The Lead Engineer is expected to take technical ownership of the workstream, driving architecture and partnering with leadership to unblock teams.

Responsibilities

• Platform Engineering: Build and maintain a custom API using Python and design services for large-scale data ingestion and replication.
• Cloud-Native Delivery: Deploy containerised services via Docker and Kubernetes while integrating AWS services (S3, API Gateway, Lambda, SQS).
• System Architecture: Implement event-driven patterns using queues and asynchronous processing.
• Quality & Reliability: Implement automated testing (unit, integration, performance) and ensure robust monitoring, logging, and failure recovery patterns.
• Collaboration: Work within agile ceremonies and align closely with DevOps on infrastructure and release processes.

Technical Experience

• Core Stack: Advanced proficiency in Python and strong API design experience.

About the Role:

As Principal DevOps Engineer, you will own and evolve the cloud infrastructure that powers the platform. You will work closely with R&D teams, lead efforts to enhance scalability, security and cost efficiency, and shape the operational practices across all services. 

This role offers full ownership of end-to-end delivery: from infrastructure as code through CI/CD, to production monitoring and incident response. You will define standards, drive technical decisions, and have a direct impact on the resilience and developer experience of a critical, high-traffic property portal.

• Own AWS infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines for the platform, ensuring smooth deployment cycles.

We are looking for a results-driven UAC Media Buyer in iGaming who is already profitable and ready to scale performance within a strong affiliate infrastructure.
In our team, the buyer focuses exclusively on traffic acquisition via Google Ads (UAC) and scaling iGaming setups — without operational noise, micromanagement, or unnecessary bureaucracy.

Infrastructure

We have built a system where the media buyer focuses only on core iGaming competencies.

Each buyer is provided with a dedicated service chat where they can quickly request and receive everything required for work:

• high-quality European agency Google Ads accounts and funding;
• all necessary tools for iGaming traffic and support with their usage;
• iGaming offers from the active pool or any requested offers (casino / betting / apps);

Cooperation Terms

First 6 months:
