🚀 About the Role

We are looking for a Media Buyer (Meta / TikTok / Google Ads) to scale subscription-based mobile applications across Meta, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, and Apple Search Ads.

You will be responsible for launching, optimizing, and scaling user acquisition campaigns with a strong focus on profitability, creative testing, funnel optimization, and sustainable growth.

⚡ Responsibilities

• Launch, manage, and scale campaigns across Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, and Apple Search Ads
• Optimize campaigns towards CPA, ROAS, ROI, and subscription revenue
• Build and optimize acquisition funnels (Ad → App Store / Google Play → Trial → Subscription)
• Develop and test new creative concepts, hooks, audiences, and bidding strategies
• Continuously analyze campaign performance and identify scaling opportunities
• Monitor key metrics including CTR, CPC, CPM, CPI, CPA, Trial Conversion, ROAS, Retention, ARPU, and LTV
• Collaborate closely with designers to produce and iterate high-performing creatives
• Test new GEOs, audience segments, placements, campaign structures, and optimization strategies
• Analyze attribution data and make data-driven optimization decisions
• Scale winning campaigns while maintaining profitability and efficiency
• Monitor traffic quality and identify performance fluctuations or tracking issues
   

✅ Requirements

• 2–3+ years of experience managing Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, or Google Ads campaigns
• Strong understanding of performance marketing and mobile user acquisition
• Experience promoting subscription-based mobile applications (Utilities, AI, VPN, Security, Cleaner, Productivity, etc.)
• Experience with mobile attribution platforms:
  • AppsFlyer
  • Adjust
  • Firebase Analytics
  • Google Analytics
• Experience working with:
  • Apple Search Ads (as a plus)
  • Google Play & App Store campaigns
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret large datasets and optimize performance
• Proven experience scaling campaigns with significant advertising budgets
• Experience with Tier-1 markets (US, CA, UK, AU) is highly preferred
• English level B1+

We are looking for a Middle/Senior Security Consultant / Penetration tester to work on and lead penetration testing and vulnerability/cloud security assessment projects.

Required skills

- 1.5+ years of intensive commercial experience

Responsibilities

- Participate in various pentesting projects

- Lead junior colleagues

- Perform threat modeling in pentesting and security assessment projects

- Create assessment documentation and reports, clearly identifying vulnerabilities and associated remediation steps

- Consult clients on efficient issues remediation

- Develop tools and scripts to automate and improve current pentesting processes

We are looking for an Integration Engineer to design, build, and maintain reliable integrations between our advertising platform and external marketing services.
 

What you will do

— Develop and maintain integrations with Meta Marketing API and LinkedIn Marketing API: rate limits, async reports, breakdowns, attribution windows.

— Build and support data synchronization pipelines from Ad Platform APIs to BigQuery/ClickHouse via Cloud Run Jobs and n8n workflows.

— Ensure reliability of data sync: error handling, retry strategies, monitoring and alerting.

— Work with API rate limits, OAuth flows, and webhooks across advertising platforms.

— Participate in new integration projects from API evaluation through production rollout.

— Write production-grade Python code: error handling, logging, tests, documentation.

— Actively use AI-assisted development tools (Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code) for code generation, debugging, and pipeline design.
 

Requirements

— 5+ years in backend or data engineering with focus on API integrations.

— Hands-on experience with Meta Marketing API and/or LinkedIn Marketing API: real work with rate limits, async reports, breakdowns, attribution windows.

— Strong Python skills: production-grade code with error handling, logging, and tests.

— Solid understanding of data pipeline patterns: idempotency, backfill, incremental sync, schema evolution.

— Experience with GCP or comparable cloud (AWS/Azure) at service level: Cloud Run, BigQuery, or equivalents.
 

Nice to Have

— Knowledge of Programmatic ecosystem: DV360, The Trade Desk, OpenRTB.

— Experience with BigQuery and/or ClickHouse.

— Pulumi / Terraform for IaC.

— Understanding of advertising metrics: impressions, clicks, conversions, ROAS, attribution models.

— Experience with n8n or similar workflow orchestration tools.

We are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer with experience or strong knowledge in working within teams or leading workstreams involving DevOps for a global network of professional services firms, with emphasis on the following areas:

• Linux/Unix environment / System administration;
• Configuration Management;
• Multiple scripting languages on Linux platform (Bash, Awk, Sed, Python);
• Cloud-hosted systems;
