    Challenges you will work on

    • Build and scale the User Acquisition function for an education/subscription product
    • Own paid acquisition across Meta and Google (primary channels), with testing of new platforms
    • Design and optimize educational funnels (lead magnet → free content → paid education → ecosystem products)
    • Lead and develop the UA function with a clear path toward Head of Acquisition / Head of Growth (Academy)
