Що ти робитимеш:

• Вести повний цикл найму — від пошуку кандидатів до офферу
• Шукати та залучати кандидатів через LinkedIn, джоб-борди та соцмережі
• Формувати й підтримувати сильний пайплайн кандидатів одночасно по кількох ролях
• Проводити скринінги та співбесіди для оцінки навичок і культурного фіту
• Підтримувати залученість кандидатів і забезпечувати комфортний досвід на кожному етапі
• Керувати офферами, переговорами та закриттям вакансій
• Співпрацювати з hiring-менеджерами для уточнення вимог до ролей і стратегії найму

Про тебе:

• 6+ місяців досвіду в рекрутингу 
• Вмієш самостійно вести пошук із мінімальним супроводом
• Сильні комунікаційні навички та щирий інтерес до людей
• Організований/а, уважний/а до деталей, надійний/а — нічого не губиться по дорозі

Вимоги:

• Досвід роботи на позиції Media Buyer від 1 року, бажано у вертикалі Gambling
• Практичний досвід роботи з Google Ads / Facebook Ads або іншими джерелами
• Розуміння метрик та вміння оптимізувати рекламні кампанії
• Досвід роботи з трекерами (Keitaro, Binom або інші)
• Аналітичне мислення та вміння працювати з великими обсягами даних
• Уміння працювати з бюджетами
• Наявність успішних кейсів
