Шукаємо Frontend Developer рівня Strong Junior. Розглядаємо і React, і Angular — стек обираємо під задачу, а не навпаки.

Що буде в роботі:

• Створювати й розвивати інтерфейси: від компонентів до повноцінних модулів корпоративних систем і веб-сервісів.
• Працювати з React або Angular залежно від проєкту.
• Інтегрувати інтерфейс із бекендом через REST API та зовнішні сервіси.
• Тримати якість: адаптивність, швидкість, підтримуваність коду.
• Впливати на UX: обговорювати технічні рішення разом із PM, дизайнерами та бекендерами, оцінювати задачі та пропонувати варіанти.
   

Тобі буде комфортно з нами, якщо ти:

• Маєш від 1 року комерційного досвіду у frontend-розробці.
• Впевнено працюєш із React або Angular.
• Маєш хорошу базу в JavaScript та/або TypeScript.
• Знаєш HTML5, CSS3 та адаптивну верстку на рівні, коли не треба гадати, чому щось «попливло» на мобільному.
• Вмієш інтегруватися з REST API та впевнено працюєш із Git.
• Розумієш компонентний підхід і пишеш код, який не страшно підтримувати.
• Уважний(-а) до UI-деталей і комфортно працюєш із макетами у Figma.
• Говориш прямо, коли є блокер, незрозуміла задача або потрібна допомога.

Буде плюсом (якщо чогось немає — підкажемо)

• TypeScript.
• Для React: Next.js, Redux, Zustand або інші state-management рішення.
• Для Angular: RxJS та екосистема Angular.
• Sass, Tailwind CSS або досвід роботи з дизайн-системами.
• Розуміння accessibility (a11y) та оптимізації продуктивності.
• Unit- або e2e-тести.
• Базове розуміння Docker та CI/CD.
   

Як ми працюємо:

• Формат: 100% віддалено.
• Старт: починаємо з проєктної або часткової зайнятості (гіг-контракт) із переходом на full-time у міру розширення задач.
• Командні години: 10:00–19:00 за Києвом.
• Онбординг: 1 місяць адаптації з підтримкою ліда та команди.
• На full-time: 20 робочих днів відпустки, 5 day off, оплачувані лікарняні, бюджет на навчання.
• Компенсація: обговорюємо індивідуально за результатами співбесіди.
   

Шлях до команди

1. HR-знайомство (20–30 хв). Синхронізуємо очікування, розповімо про проєкти, відповімо на запитання.
2. Технічна співбесіда. Поговоримо про досвід, стек, підходи до коду та розв’язання задач.
3. Тестове завдання. Лише якщо не вистачить прикладів у портфоліо чи GitHub.
4. Фінальний кол. Знайомство з керівником або клієнтом, фіксація домовленостей.

Вимоги:

 • впевнене знання React, JavaScript, TypeScript;

 • англійська B1+ (для роботи із документацією та для базової комунікації).

 • готовність швидко навчатись і працювати з новими підходами;

 • відповідальність, ініціативність;

 • знаходження в Києві або готовність до релокації в Київ — обов'язково;
