About the Role

This is a dual-function role that sits at the intersection of project delivery and operational excellence. As Digital Project Manager (Delivery), you will own the end-to-end execution of our healthcare marketing campaigns - managing clients, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring flawless delivery. • Maintain and improve internal documentation - SOPs, project cards, and Wiki entries - keeping them current and genuinely useful
• Track and log internal communications so nothing gets lost between handoffs or buried in a busy thread

Required experience:

• 3–4 years of experience in project management within an outsourced or product IT company;

• Proactively manage 1–2 major integration and implementation projects with world-class customers at any given time
