Your Scope:

• Ownership and coordination of internal audits
• Full responsibility for transaction, traffic, and commission reconciliation (bank / payment processors)

We are looking for a Senior Payment Manager to own our payment strategy end-to-end — building resilient infrastructure, maximizing approval rates, and controlling risk across LatAm (Colombia and Mexico).

This role is a great fit if you:

• Have at least 3 years of experience specifically in iGaming/gambling
• Have hands-on experience with technical PSP integration (API), routing configuration, and orchestration — this requires applied technical expertise
• Have experience independently managing the contracting process with PSPs, including KYC/KYB procedures
• Have a proven track record of increasing approval rates at a previous job
• Have in-depth knowledge of local payment methods, provider rates, and market benchmarks for approval rates in LatAm
• Have experience in commercial negotiations with PSPs (improving rate terms)

What we expect from you during our collaboration:
 

1) Integrations — Technical onboarding of PSPs:

• PSP integration (LatAm)
• Testing payment methods, configuring routing and orchestration across multiple providers
• Optimizing existing integrations (DF flow / redirect flow for specific cardholders and issuers)
• Analysis and comparison of rates/fees for local payment methods
• Selection of the optimal payment method for different player segments (by issuing bank, deposit amount, payment history) to maximize the user approval rate

2) Legal onboarding of PSPs:

• Formalization of the partnership through contracts, completion of KYC/KYB
• Negotiations with providers, improving partnership terms
• Search for new PSP partners in LatAm markets

3) Payment operations efficiency:

• Monitoring and optimization of payment conversion (approval rate, market benchmarks)
• Continuous monitoring of payment processing, prompt resolution of technical issues
• Analysis of competitors’ payment methods and terms

4) Strategy and Revenue Growth:

• Defining a payment strategy as part of overall growth (impact on revenue, LTV)
• Tracking key metrics (approval rate, withdrawal success rate, chargeback rate) and improving them based on data
• Optimizing the deposit funnel: retry and cascading (automatic redirection to a backup PSP if the primary one fails)

About the Role:

Що буде у вашій зоні відповідальності:


Операційний контроль: супровід міжнародних платежів, робота з мультивалютними рахунками та контроль руху коштів між різними платіжними системами (PSP).
Звітність та аналітика: формування та підтримка управлінської звітності (P&L, Cash Flow). Аналіз фінансових показників, пошук відхилень та невідповідностей.

• маєте вищу економічну освіту (облік і аудит, фінанси, економіка);
• маєте досвід роботи на посаді бухгалтера/фінансиста від 2 років, з них щонайменше 1 рік — повний супровід ФОП 3-ї групи на єдиному податку; 
• маєте досвід ведення портфеля від 40+ ФОП одночасно;
• знаєте принципи роботи в електронному кабінеті платника податків і готові працювати в системі Taxer;
• маєте досвід ведення первинного документообігу (рахунки, акти тощо);
• розумієте принципи нарахування заробітної плати та її оподаткування;
• маєте досвід роботи з контрагентами, ведення карток клієнтів/проєктів;
• працювали з великими обсягами даних у Google Sheets / Excel та вмієте коректно працювати з формулами, зведеними таблицями й контролем даних;
• маєте базове розуміння управлінських звітів і економічних показників, зокрема P&L, Cash Flow, Balance Sheet, revenue, gross margin;
• маєте досвід або готові швидко адаптуватися до роботи з корпоративними обліковими системами та управлінськими інструментами;
• володієте англійською на рівні A2 (Elementary/Pre-Intermediate);

Основні обов'язки:

1. Забезпечувати організацію ведення обліку ФОПів на Єдиному податку:

• контролювати відкриття ФОП та супроводжувати їх функціонування;
• забезпечувати документообіг (рахунки, акти звірок, розрахунок, сплата податків);
• подавати звітність та проводити закриття (ліквідацію) ФОП;
• контролювати відкриття рахунків ФОП та встановлювати подальші комунікації з банками (за потреби);
• супроводжувати процеси отримання ключів КЕП ФОПами;
• розраховувати суми податків та зборів ФОП, проводити контроль дотримання дедлайнів їх сплати;
• підтримувати актуальність корпоративних ФОП-процедур з урахуванням змін в законодавстві.

2. Виконувати функції управлінського обліку:

• проводити розрахунок винагороди ФОП, в т.ч. бонусних нарахувань відповідно до корпоративних бонусних програм;
• контролювати наявність/виконання клієнтських договорів та дотримання платіжних умов (контроль інвойсів);
• вести облік роботи з контрагентами (звірка, комунікації, робота з дебіторською заборгованістю);
• робота з персоналізованою під компанію обліковою системою та BAS;
• формувати внутрішньокорпоративні звіти для управлінського обліку 

3. Розвиток і вдосконалення процесів:

• брати участь у розвитку BAS та вдосконаленні внутрішніх облікових процесів;
• брати участь у проєктних задачах з автоматизації, вдосконалення звітів і бізнес-процесів із використанням сучасних технологій, зокрема AI.

Ключова мета ролі — поступово перебрати операційний фінансовий контроль від центральної фінансової команди, систематизувати процеси та забезпечити їхню стабільну роботу.

На старті ти працюватимеш у тісній взаємодії з центральною фінансовою командою: проведеш аудит поточних процесів у форматі as is, визначиш цільову модель, сформуєш план переходу та поетапно перебиратимеш відповідальність за операційні процеси.

Після transition ти відповідатимеш за їхню стабільність, якість даних і звітності, своєчасність розрахунків та подальший розвиток фінансової функції напряму.

Побудова автономної фінансової функції

• провести аудит поточних фінансових процесів, визначити основні зони ризику та можливості для покращення;
• разом із центральною фінансовою командою сформувати цільову модель роботи та реалізувати план поетапної передачі процесів;
• поступово перебрати операційний фінансовий контроль і забезпечити стабільність роботи фінансової функції після transition.
   

Операційні фінанси

• координувати операційні фінансові процеси: платежі, інвойси, акти, реквізити, взаєморозрахунки, reconciliation та платіжний календар;
• контролювати дебіторську заборгованість, строки оплат і взаєморозрахунки з партнерами;
• комунікувати з міжнародними партнерами щодо фінансових питань, документів і розрахунків.
   

Управлінська та фінансова звітність

• готувати управлінську звітність (P&L, Cash Flow, Balance, план-факт аналіз) та забезпечувати її якість і своєчасність;
• готувати фінансову звітність юридичних осіб відповідно до вимог законодавства;
• забезпечувати коректність фінансових даних для бізнесу та керівництва.
   

Розвиток та автоматизація процесів

• знаходити можливості для автоматизації, оптимізації та скорочення ручної роботи;
• працювати разом із внутрішніми командами над розвитком фінансової функції та підвищенням її ефективності.

Що для нас важливо:
 

• від 3 років досвіду в суміжних ролях: Finance Manager, Finance Operations Manager, Financial Analyst або подібних;
• практичний досвід роботи з операційними фінансовими процесами, платежами, дебіторською заборгованістю, reconciliation та партнерськими взаєморозрахунками;
• досвід підготовки управлінської звітності (P&L, Cash Flow, Balance, план-факт аналіз);
• досвід підготовки фінансової звітності юридичних осіб;
• впевнене володіння Excel / Google Sheets;
• англійська від Upper-Intermediate (B2);
• системність, автономність та готовність власноруч працювати з операційними задачами.

Буде перевагою:
 

• досвід роботи у продуктовій IT-компанії або digital-бізнесі;
• досвід побудови, передачі чи трансформації фінансових процесів;
• досвід взаємодії із зовнішніми аудиторами або супроводу аудиторських перевірок;
• досвід автоматизації фінансової звітності та операційних процесів;
• навички роботи з Power BI, Looker Studio або Tableau;
• практичне використання AI-інструментів для аналізу даних, підготовки звітності чи автоматизації фінансової рутини.
