We are seeking a senior payments leader whose primary responsibility is leading and scaling a payments team, while owning and developing long-term relationships with banks, EMIs, PSPs, and APMs.

This role begins as a co-lead position and is designed to progress into full ownership of the Payments Department.

Role Overview

🎯 Role Overview:
As a Payment Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the setup, testing, and maintenance of payment providers across global markets. You will work closely with Technical, Finance, and Support teams to coordinate new launches, manage configuration limits, and resolve processing issues. The role requires a proactive approach to managing payment flows, helping ensure high platform uptime and smooth day-to-day operations.

• Set up, configure, and fine-tune payment providers in admin panels (including initial settings, credentials, and brand-level configurations);
• Maintain and regularly update the internal payment knowledge base (GEO coverage, available methods, limits, currencies, and specific provider rules);

Pepco шукає Country Finance Specialist, який підтримуватиме фінансову команду у щоденній роботі та допомагатиме забезпечувати безперебійну роботу фінансових процесів.

У цій ролі ви будете відповідати за документообіг, підтримку фінансової звітності, взаємодію з SSC, бізнес-командами та державними органами, а також допомагати команді у зборі й перевірці фінансових даних.

Основні обов'язки:

• Організовувати та підтримувати фінансовий документообіг (рахунки, договори, фінансова документація).
• Сканувати, архівувати та контролювати зберігання фінансових документів.
• Координувати обмін документами між Finance, SSC, магазинами та іншими підрозділами.
• Готувати документи для внутрішніх та зовнішніх аудитів.
• Допомагати у підготовці фінансових даних для звітності та аналізу.
• Перевіряти повноту й коректність фінансових даних.
• Підтримувати Country Finance Manager, Finance Analyst та головного бухгалтера у зборі інформації, звірках та фінансових процесах.
• Контролювати отримання необхідних погоджень, документів і даних від бізнес-команд.
• Взаємодіяти з SSC, магазинами, постачальниками та державними органами з операційних фінансових питань.

Брати участь у покращенні фінансових процесів та автоматизації роботи за допомогою Excel.

• Вищу освіту (або навчання) у сфері фінансів, бухгалтерського обліку, економіки або суміжних спеціальностей.
• Від 3 років досвіду у фінансах, бухгалтерії, фінансовому адмініструванні або суміжних напрямах.

• Впевнене володіння Excel та навички роботи з великими масивами даних.

Ця роль — операційний хребет системи управління холдингом. Ти будеш єдиною точкою відповідальності за те, щоб борди працювали як інструмент стратегічних рішень, а не як театр звітності. Твоє завдання — зробити процеси бордів стандартизованими, прозорими та ефективними для всіх портфельних компаній.
 

Твої задачі:
 

• Координувати підготовку квартальних бордів усіх портфельних компаній: дедлайни, формати, пре-скрінінг матеріалів;
• Рецензувати борд-декки до того, як вони потрапляють до CEO холдингу — повертати на доопрацювання, якщо не відповідають стандарту;
• Формувати адженду кожного борду разом із COO холдингу;
• Вести фолоуап після борду: фіксувати рішення, власників, дедлайни;
• Будувати та підтримувати трекінг-систему виконання рішень із видимістю для топ-менеджменту;
• Підтримувати єдині стандарти документації та звітності по всьому портфелю.

Що очікуємо від тебе:

• 4+ роки досвіду в ролях Chief of Staff, Advisory Manager (Strategy & Operations), Investment Manager/Analyst у tech/SaaS/PE середовищі;
• Досвід підготовки та координації стратегічних матеріалів для борду/інвесторів/ інвестиційного комітету або топкерівництва — обов’язково.
• Досвід аналізу інвестиційної привабливості бізнесів / проєктів.
• Впевнене читання фінансових звітів (P&L, cash flow, unit economics);
• Досвід управління процесами в multi-stakeholder середовищі;
• Критичне мислення та здатність давати зворотний зв’язок керівникам бізнесів;
• Англійська B2+.

Буде плюсом:

• Досвід у PE/VC-портфельних структурах або консалтингу (MBB, Big4 Strategy);
