- Запускати та оптимізувати рекламні кампанії у Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads;

Ви перший Creative Strategist у команді — будуєте систему з нуля, не виконуєте чужий процес. Перспектива: після успіху на українському ринку — вихід на Польщу та інші ринки ЄС

Що ви будете робити:

• Розкладати стратегію бренду на креативні території, болі, тригери та інсайти ЦА
• Будувати креативну матрицю місяць/квартал: території x хуки x формати x етапи воронки
• Вести бібліотеку хуків і концептів — що залетіло, що ні, чому
• Адаптувати стратегію під кожен із 4 SKU лінійки Eliminal Gel
• Писати конкретні ТЗ для кожного креативу: хук, біль, формат, демо, CTA, референс, тривалість
• Кастити UGC-креаторів та інфлюенсерів під типажі ЦА
• Бути єдиною точкою комунікації з SMM-агенцією та UGC-партнерами
• Щотижнево аналізувати performance креативів разом із PPC-спеціалістом
• Закривати цикл: стратегія → виробництво → дані → нова стратегія
• Тримати пайплайн: що тестується, що масштабується, що вирізається
• Забезпечувати покриття всіх етапів воронки: awareness → consideration → conversion → retention

Обов’язковий досвід:

• Від 2 років на ролі Creative Strategist, Performance Creative Lead, Creative Producer або суміжній — у D2C-бренді, performance-агенції або in-house команді
• Підтверджений досвід побудови креативного пайплайну для платних каналів
• Розуміння метрик: CTR, Hook Rate, CPO, ROAS, CR
• Досвід роботи з UGC — кастинг, бриф, контроль якості виходу
• Портфоліо з кейсами у форматі «було → що зробили → стало» з конкретними цифрами

Буде перевагою:
