About the Role

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end production of playable ads, from concept to execution, ensuring high quality and performance.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and development teams to brainstorm and develop innovative playable ad concepts.
• Manage external vendors and agencies, overseeing the production process and ensuring timely delivery.
• Conduct A/B testing and analyze performance data to optimize playable ads for maximum impact and ROI.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in playable ads and mobile gaming.
• Develop and maintain a library of playable ad assets and templates.
• Provide creative direction and feedback to designers and developers to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.

• Present playable ad strategies and performance reports to stakeholders.

   

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in creative production, with a focus on playable ads in the mobile gaming industry.
• Proven track record of developing and launching successful playable ad campaigns that drive user acquisition and engagement.
• Strong understanding of mobile game mechanics, user experience (UX), and monetization strategies.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, remote environment.
• Experience with A/B testing and data-driven creative optimization.

• Familiarity with creative tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Unity, HTML5, and JavaScript is a plus.

About the Role

This is a senior, highly specialized individual contributor role for a Creative Technical Artist with strong game design intuition and the ability to build, polish, and tune gameplay using lightweight, game-focused coding (“vibe coding”). The role focuses on building, iterating, and polishing interactive HTML5 playable ads, where visuals, mechanics, and overall game feel must come together quickly and at a high quality bar. The successful candidate will operate as a one-person function, supporting key processes and working closely with the team.

Responsibilities

• Create, adapt, and polish optimized 2D and 3D assets for playable ads
• Work in Blender to edit and optimize models, adjust materials, lighting, scale, and pivots
• Export game-ready assets (GLB, textures)
• Ensure visual clarity, consistency, and performance on mobile devices
• Write and modify JavaScript / TypeScript to control gameplay behavior, tune timing, feedback, and interaction flow
• Connect visuals to interaction logic
• Read and safely modify existing game codebases
• Use code as a creative tool to shape game feel

• Leverage AI coding tools to accelerate iteration while maintaining full understanding and control

   

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience as a game artist, technical artist, or interactive artist
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Blender creating game-ready 3D assets
• Proven experience producing real-time 2D and/or 3D assets for games or interactive applications
• Strong understanding of game mechanics, player feedback, and interaction flow
• 2+ years of hands-on experience working with a game engine such as Unity or Unreal Engine
• Experience implementing or supporting gameplay mechanics within a game engine environment

• Experience integrating art assets into game engines and resolving technical issues

✅ Твої майбутні задачі:

• участь у розробці нових ігор на всіх ключових етапах їх створення;
• розробка якісної ігрової математики та механік за запитом і у співпраці з game designer;
• проведення симуляцій ігрової математики для порівняння з цільовими показниками та звірки з backend;
• аналіз конкурентної ігрової математики для виявлення цінних інсайтів, трендів і бенчмарків;
• швидке прототипування ігрових механік для перевірки концепцій.

💪 Твої скіли:

• мінімум 2–3 роки комерційного досвіду в RMG (slots) на позиції Senior Mathematician;
• наявність портфоліо, яке можна оцінити;
• розуміння принципів роботи слот-ігор і психології гравця, вміння балансувати ігрові механіки так, щоб у них було цікаво грати в межах заданих параметрів (RTP, волатильність тощо);
• здатність швидко прототипувати та перевіряти ідеї;
• data-driven та аналітичний підхід до прийняття рішень;
• мотивація до складних задач і амбітних цілей.

• досвід лідерства або менторингу, а також участі в міжкомандних комунікаціях;

About the Role 

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior C/C++ Developer (Embedded / Game & Systems Software Engineer) with a strong background in low-level development, game engines, and resource-constrained environments.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing software architecture, building gameplay systems, and optimizing performance under strict hardware limitations. You are a perfect fit if you are comfortable with real-time constraints, embedded-like platforms, and taking end-to-end ownership of features - from design and implementation to debugging on real devices.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop core game logic and architecture using C/C++ (including game state design and event-driven gameplay).
• Implement essential gameplay systems, such as AI, game state machines, and custom GUI.
• Work on 2D programming and special effects finely tuned and optimized for resource-constrained hardware.
• Design high-performance, asynchronous architectures, network pipelines, and queue-based systems with low-latency requirements.
• Perform performance tuning, profiling, memory diagnostics, and crash analysis.

• Collaborate closely with technical artists and designers; develop internal tooling, custom engine features, and automation scripts to streamline production.

   

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in low-level C/C++ development across mobile, console, or embedded-like platforms.
• Solid understanding of gameplay and engine programming concepts, including rendering pipelines, memory management, and hardware optimization.
• Familiarity with RTOS or real-time concepts (tasks, priorities, timers, scheduling) and event-driven systems.
• Strong networking skills, including experience with TCP/IP, UDP, WebSockets, and non-blocking I/O operations.
• Proficiency with development tools, version control systems (GCC, CMake, Git, SVN, Perforce, etc.), and build-deploy automation.

Desirable Pluses

• Experience with platform compliance and certification processes (e.g., Nintendo TRC, Sony TRC, or similar vendor requirements).
• Experience with multiple programming languages and environments (e.g., Rust, Java, TypeScript, Python, Bash, Lua, Android NDK/SDK, or AOSP).
• Familiarity with multimedia and audio/video frameworks (SDL2/SDL3, Raylib, GStreamer, FFmpeg, ALSA, Vorbis, etc.).
• Experience in complex automation or integrating game software with specific physical hardware layouts/models.
