Що треба буде робити:

• Локалізовувати сайти на нові мови,
• Підтримувати наявні локалізації: переклад нового контенту, покращення якості, аудит,
• Види контенту: UX-тексти, PPC- та SEO-лендинги, блоги, маркетингові кампанії, email-и, legal сторінки,
• Активно інтегрувати ШІ-інструменти в локалізаційні процеси,
• Знаходити native спеціалістів для перевірки текстів, допомоги з промптами, рерайту контенту, тощо.
• Координація процесу localization QA — manual тестування локалізації,
• Робота з ключовими маркетинговими, продуктовими та операційними метриками в контексті локалізації,
• Оптимізація витрат на локалізацію.

Що важливо:

• 2+ роки досвіду в локалізації веб-продуктів,
• Досконале володіння translation management systems: Crowdin, Localazy або схожими інструментами.
• Англійська мінімум на рівні Upper intermediate,
• Базове розуміння принципів UX-writing,
• Самоорганізованість, швидкість, увага до деталей.

• готовий дотримуватись дедлайнів у спринтах;
• вирізняєшся ініціативністю та відкритістю до навчання й освоєння нових інструментів;
• володієш високими комунікативними навичками, вмієш будувати конструктивний діалог і працювати в тісній взаємодії з командою.

Буде перевагою якщо:

• маєш практичний досвід роботи в SMM або PR;
• базове володіння Figma чи Canva для підготовки драфтів для дизайнерів.

Що потрібно робити:

• створювати та редагувати різноманітний  контент українською та англійськими мовами для внутрішніх проєктів: LinkedIn-пости, статті, email- та LinkedIn-розсилки, презентації, landing pages, Employer Brand матеріали тощо;
• дотримуватися tone of voice та контент-стилю компанії;
• супроводжувати повний цикл створення контенту – від збору інформації, постановки ТЗ дизайнерам до публікації;
• ефективно використовувати AI-інструменти (Claude, ChatGPT тощо) для генерації і оптимізації текстів;
• працювати у двотижневих спринтах з плануванням та оцінкою задач;

• брати участь у щоденних синхронах з контент- та дизайн-командами, взаємодіяти з іншими відділами в компанії.

• Контроль актуальності та логічності контенту у всіх матеріалах.
