Вимоги:

• Уміння писати короткі, зрозумілі тексти за певним ТЗ;
• Вміння працювати у команді на загальний результат;

Обов’язки:

• Написання невеликих текстів за затвердженим ТЗ або за контент-планом для різних каналів комунікації;

Кого ми шукаємо
«Універсальний солдат» контенту: не лише автор ідей, хуків і сценаріїв, а й людина, здатна сама показати, як це має виглядати в готовому ролику. За потреби — зібрати мудборд або самостійно відзняти і змонтувати референс.

Що ти отримуєш
Повний мандат на креатив усієї мережі. Ідеї, формати, сценарії, стандарти подачі — це твоя зона.
Прямий вплив на результат. Твої хуки йдуть у продакшн одразу і міряються цифрами, а не погодженнями.
Простір будувати. Бібліотека форматів, шаблони брифів, база референсів — багато чого ще не існує, і це твоє поле.

Зони відповідальності

Контент-планування

• Тактичні тижневі плани постингу і контент-ідей для всіх креаторів мережі (щотижня).
• Швидка генерація варіативного контенту під великий обсяг креаторів — одна роль на всю мережу.

Сценарії і формати

• Написання хуків, сценаріїв і CTA під формат коротких відео.
• Адаптація перевірених форматів (хуки, сторітелінг) під новий продукт і аудиторію.
• Відстеження трендів у цільових нішах і гео (насамперед англомовний ринок, США), постійний мапінг трендів і переробка їх у нові ідеї контенту (ongoing task).

Референси і майстер-ролики

• Створення референсних / майстер-роликів для тестових завдань креаторів: добір продукту і вірусної ідеї, написання скрипту, максимально проста подача — так, щоб кандидат міг продемонструвати базові навички (скопіювати ідею, змонтувати, накласти озвучку і субтитри, грамотно закадрувати). Періодичність — приблизно раз на 1–2 тижні під новий концепт.
• За потреби — сторіборд або самостійна збірка референсного ролика, щоб візуалізувати бриф і показати, що саме має бути на виході (простота і повторюваність подачі), включно з форматами на кшталт озвучки від третьої особи (наприклад, через ElevenLabs) з демонстрацією послідовності дій.

Робота з креаторами

• Моніторинг контенту креаторів, зворотний зв'язок по креативній частині: письмово в групах і в ЛС + регулярні дзвінки.

Компенсація
Фікс: 1000 USD/міс. Повна зайнятість, віддалено.

Тестове завдання
Обов'язкове. Без нього кандидатів не розглядаємо.

Must-have

• Відмінна англійська (носій або рівень C1+) — увесь контент створюється під аудиторію США.
• Досвід написання сценаріїв і копірайтингу для коротких відео (TikTok/Reels/Shorts) або UGC-контенту.
• Розуміння механік залучення: хуки, retention, CTA.
• Базові навички відеопродакшену: монтаж, субтитри, озвучка, кадрування — настільки, щоб зібрати простий референс самостійно.
• Уміння говорити і презентувати: діалоги та дзвінки з креаторами — частина ролі.
• Готовність працювати з AI-інструментами для генерації і прискорення контенту.

Плюс

• Досвід у creator economy або performance-маркетингу.
• Досвід роботи з мережею виконавців, а не з одним брендом.
• Насмотреність у US-ринку коротких відео.

Не підійдеш, якщо

• Умієш писати тексти, але не розумієш, як вони збираються в ролик.
• Потрібен готовий бриф, щоб почати, а вигадувати формат з нуля некомфортно.
• Тренди дивишся раз на місяць і за добірками.
• Не готовий давати зворотний зв'язок людям прямо і регулярно.

Ти нам підійдеш, якщо:

- Маєш від 6 місяців досвіду в SEO-копірайтингу / редагуванні 

- Письмова англійська — B2 і вище, більшість текстів англійською

- Вмієш органічно вписувати ключові слова, працювати з LSI та структурувати текст під tone of voice клієнта, читача і пошуковика одночасно

- Вмієш давати чіткий конструктивний фідбек і не чекаєш мікроменеджменту

- Розумієш базові принципи маркетингу та вмієш аналізувати свою роботу 

- Організований/а, відповідальний/а - комфортно почуваєшся всередині команди та в роботі з таск-менеджерами
