    - Act as a strategic advisor and hands-on partner, proactively consulting and coaching managers on team health, clarity, growth, and leadership capabilities;
    - Identify early signs of disengagement or mismatch and guide teams to proactively address these issues with empathy and clarity;

    - Embed company culture and values into all people processes, decisions, and interactions, ensuring alignment and consistency across the organization;
    - Drive operational excellence by identifying quick-win projects and longer-term initiatives aimed at improving People & Business processes, proactively leading their implementation and measuring impact.

    Requirements

    -  5 years of proven experience in people or team management β€” you’ve personally held responsibility for leading others, driving results through a team, or running critical team-wide initiatives;
    - In-depth knowledge of key HR processes, roles, and responsibilities throughout the entire HR lifecycle;
    - Hands-on experience leading and implementing projects independently;
    - Experience working in conflict situations β€” including resolution and facilitation;
    - Proven experience using HR metrics to identify trends, draw insights, and inform strategic decisions;
    - Thorough knowledge of labor legislation;
