HR Generalist

We are looking for a focused and detail-oriented HR Manager to join our growing team. The HR Manager will play a key role in managing daily HR operations, supporting employee onboarding, organizing company events, and contributing to a positive work environment. HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT Pre-boarding & Onboarding:

  • Organize equipment and access for new teammates
  • Conduct onboarding meetings and prepare a welcome introduction
  • Ensure smooth integration into the company culture
  • Provide support for employees during the probationary period
  • Manage the probationary period closure process and evaluations
  • Coordinate welcome box delivery upon successful probation completion

Cross-boarding & Off-boarding:

  • Manage the cross-boarding process and prepare internal offers
  • Negotiate and coordinate transition terms for role changes
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze departure reasons for retention insights

Performance & Development:

  • Conduct comprehensive performance reviews and implement development plans
  • Execute regular 1:1 meetings, analyze results, and collaborate with team leads on outcomes
  • Support employee growth through targeted training and career planning initiatives

Culture & Engagement:

  • Organize engaging online/offline events and team-building activities
  • Manage internal communications across company channels
  • Conduct surveys and implement data-driven retention strategies
  • Develop and strengthen employer brand initiatives

WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THE ROLE

  • At least 2 years hand-on experience as an HR Generalist or HR Manager in the field of iGaming, IT.
  • Knowledge of English and Ukrainian at level B2 and above.
  • Knowledge and experience working with HRIS systems.
  • Experience in organizing onboarding and conducting performance reviews.
  • Ability to support employees at all stages of work, including the probationary period.
  • Experience in organizing corporate events.
  • High communication and organizational skills, the ability to solve various HR tasks with a focus on developing and maintaining corporate culture.
