Key responsibilities:
- Run and optimize LinkedIn outreach campaigns using Sales Navigator and automation tools like Expandi or PhantomBuster
- Prospect and qualify leads via Upwork, Apollo, and Clay
- Create and manage lead lists, message sequences, and workflows
- Maintain CRM hygiene and track lead engagement
- Collaborate with the sales team for hand-offs and strategy refinement
- Report on outreach performance and suggest improvements
What we expect:
- 2+ years in SDR, lead generation, or similar roles
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Clay, and CRM systems
- Strong grasp of automation tools (Expandi, PhantomBuster, Clay, etc.)
- Self-driven, structured, and proactive mindset
- Upper-Intermediate English or higher
