The position is in TAM SSC (Talent Acquisition and Management Shared Services Center) - an international department responsible for supporting HR and administration processes for different countries within the company.

This is both a strategic and hands-on role — you will work closely with the HRD and company management: analyse HR data, support the full employee lifecycle, drive performance and engagement processes, and contribute to building a strong people culture. Responsibilities:

HR Analytics & Strategic Advisory

• Collect and structure workforce data monthly; prepare analytical briefings for the HRD covering people risks, headcount gaps by department, and attrition signals
• Attend weekly Management meetings; present HR-relevant data (attrition dynamics, engagement signals, team risks); raise HR agenda items; send written follow-ups to Head of HR and Head of Operations after each meeting
• Identify gaps in HR processes and prepare improvement proposals for Head of HR review: describe the problem, propose a solution with implementation steps

Requirements:

Experience & Expertise

• 2+ years of experience as an HR BP or HR Generalist, preferably in an IT company
• Solid knowledge of full-cycle HR processes: onboarding, performance management, L&D, C&B, employee relations

About the project:

As a Middle HR Manager, you will take ownership of HR processes, partner with managers and competency leads, and drive initiatives that shape employee experience across the company. This role is both strategic and hands-on — you will optimize processes, analyze HR data, and design initiatives that enhance engagement, wellbeing, and retention. What will help you succeed:
● 5+ years of proven experience in HR roles, preferably in IT.
● Strong knowledge of the full employee lifecycle: pre-boarding, onboarding, adaptation, development, performance management, offboarding.
● Experience in employee relations, conflict resolution, and HR consultations for managers and employees.
● Hands-on experience with HR processes including onboarding checklists, documentation, HRIS administration, engagement surveys, and wellbeing initiatives.
● Ability to analyze HR data (attrition, eNPS, retention) and propose improvements.
● Experience organizing corporate events, wellbeing, and L&D initiatives.
● Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
● Upper-Intermediate level of English.
● Willingness to visit the Kyiv office 1–2 times per week.

What you will do:
● Own and improve all HR processes across the employee lifecycle.
● Conduct probation and performance reviews, and facilitate regular 1:1s.
● Partner with Delivery Managers and Competency Leads to address people-related challenges.
● Ensure smooth onboarding and offboarding processes, including data collection, account setup, equipment preparation, and reporting.

• Manage employee document onboarding and offboarding processes

Gig Contracts (Diia.City):

• Prepare and administer gig contracts in compliance with Diia.City regulations

Military Records Management:

• Maintain military records in accordance with Ukrainian legislation
• Verify military registration documents of employees
• Create and manage military record cards
• Communicate with Territorial Recruitment Centers (TCR)

Document Management:

• Maintain internal registries (orders, contracts, leaves, etc.)
• Organize and manage both physical and electronic archives

  The position is in TAM SSC (Talent Acquisition and Management Shared Services Center) - an international department responsible for supporting HR and administration processes for different countries within the company.
  Our team: a cross-regional and cross-cultural team of ~20 people based in 3 countries (Ukraine, Serbia, India).
