The Influencer Marketing (KOL) Manager is a key player in the RGray team, responsible for building and maintaining relationships with opinion leaders, influencers, and KOLs in the crypto and Web3 space. This role is all about spotting the right partners, negotiating collaborations, and making sure influencer campaigns drive measurable growth and conversions. The ideal candidate is proactive, well-networked in the crypto community, and able to combine creativity with a performance-driven approach.

 Responsibilities:

— досвід роботи з Fb/Google/TikTok/ASA і бюджетами $50k+ на місяць;
— англійська на рівні В2 або вище;
— ґрунтовне знання маркетингових метрик (CTR, CPC, CPI, CPT, CPA, ROI, ROAS, Churn Rate);
— вміння працювати з аналітичними інструментами.
