We’re looking for a Product Manager to own AI-driven automation across two connected areas of Precoro’s product: Accounts Payable automation and our new generation of AI agents for procurement document processing.
 

This is a hands-on, high-ownership role for someone who has already taken AI features from idea to production and wants to do it again at scale — across thousands of real customer documents every month.

 

What you’ll do (responsibilities)

Accounts Payable Automation

• Increase invoice automation: grow the share of invoices entered fully automatically to a target of 70%.
• Reduce recognition errors: bring down mismatch rates, currently 7% on the US server and 3% on COM.
• Automate custom recognition prompts, building logic that adapts invoice recognition to individual customers’ requirements based on their support tickets.
• Grow key adoption metrics: AP Automation adoption among customers who purchased the tariff plan but aren’t yet using it fully, and AP awareness among users who haven’t experienced the automated flow at all.

AI Agents (Document Intelligence)

• Launch 5 core agents: Intake (creates the purchase request for the user — all they provide is the ask), Purchasing, Matching, Payments, and Data Enrichment.
• Drive agent adoption, embedding them into customers’ real procurement processes rather than leaving them as optional features.
• Drive MCP (Model Context Protocol) adoption across the product.
   

Requirements

• Previous hands-on experience implementing AI, either:
  • internally, for business process automation — at minimum in reporting or accounting/finance; or
  • in a product context — at minimum automating communications.
• Practical experience working with LLMs and prompt engineering.
• A proven track record of shipping AI features into production environments.
• 2+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role working with B2B SaaS products.

In this role, your primary focus won’t be tweaking traditional acquisition funnels or UI buttons, as our Marketplace team has that covered. Instead, you will build core Setapp capabilities that enable ecosystem products to seamlessly recommend, license, and deliver software to users.

• 4+ years of product management experience with Platform, Technical, or Data-heavy SaaS products.
• Familiarity with Recommendation Systems and an understanding of how data-driven rules deliver personalized user experiences.
• Strong Data Literacy and hands-on comfort with structured or raw data, user event pipelines, and complex metrics.
• Practical understanding of Entitlement, subscription lifecycle, billing logic, or token/credit consumption.
• Experience driving cross-functional alignment across Engineering, Data, and business stakeholders.

The team you'll be working with

This is a role that touches almost everything we ship globally. You'll sit at the intersection of product management, user research, and linguistic strategy – working across product, design, and user experience, alongside a Growth Globalization Manager and native-language reviewers who keep our products feeling local. Your decisions will shape how millions of users interact with our products across very different languages, cultures, and markets.

You won't be starting from a blank page. There's a north star, a roadmap, real infrastructure, strong relationships with product teams and linguistic experts, and hard-won market knowledge. Your job is to run with all of that – investigate, form sharp hypotheses, and make the system meaningfully better where it counts.

This role is your calling if you

• Think in systems but act with precision – holding a multi-market picture in your head while staying focused on what actually ships.
• Are genuinely curious about how people in different cultures think, click, and decide and read nuance without defaulting to assumptions.

What you'll do

• Drive the globalization roadmap and push it upstream, so it's taken into account from the start, not bolted on.
• Turn market and user research into clear recommendations – what to commission, change, or localize – and partner with product teams and GMs who make the final call.
• Make our products feel native in every market, including the genuinely complex ones, and grow original, locally-authored content.
• Turn global behavioral data into real product and localization decisions and own the analytics that show they landed.
• Set the bar for UX localization and linguistic quality across teams you don't manage.
• Strengthen the systems behind it: AI-assisted translation pipelines, vendor and reviewer programs, and the tooling that keeps globalization fast and reliable.

• Experiment with AI as a core part of the job – spot the right use cases, weigh quality and brand risk, and evolve workflows as the technology does.

   

Who you might be

We're open to two kinds of backgrounds:

• The globalization expert who already thinks and acts like a product person – you know the craft (workflows, linguistic quality, experts, vendors, tools) and have the knowledge (analytics, user research, product lifecycle management) to move beyond service delivery into product contribution.

• The product manager ready to go deep on globalization – strong product judgment and analytical instincts, genuine curiosity about cultures and international users, and happy to roll up your sleeves for the operational side.

We are looking for a Technical Product Manager to join our team and drive the development of our e-commerce products and digital services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the product and technical backlog of our online store, including the website, mobile application, integrations, and internal services;
• Gather, structure, and prioritize business requirements from e-commerce, marketing, contact center, logistics, retail, and management teams;
• Prepare technical specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and business process flows;
• Set and coordinate tasks for internal IT/ERP teams and external vendors;

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Technical Product Manager, Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Project Manager;
• Experience in e-commerce, retail, digital products, or marketplaces will be a strong advantage;
• Proven experience in gathering and formalizing business requirements and setting tasks for IT teams;
• Understanding of system integrations, APIs, payment services, and delivery solutions;
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and/or Kanban methodologies;
• Strong analytical and structured thinking with attention to detail;
• Ability to manage priorities, deadlines, and product metrics;

Шукаємо Risk / Fraud Manager, який/яка відповідатиме за виявлення та контроль ризиків, пов’язаних із користувацькою активністю, транзакціями, бонусними механіками та партнерським трафіком.

Основні завдання

• моніторинг користувацької активності, транзакцій та поведінкових патернів;
• виявлення та аналіз multi-accounting, bonus abuse, payment fraud, affiliate fraud та інших fraud-сценаріїв;
• перевірка підозрілих користувачів, операцій і транзакцій;
• робота з risk rules, fraud triggers, лімітами, алертами та процедурами ескалації;
• підготовка рекомендацій щодо блокування, обмеження або додаткової перевірки користувачів;
• контроль ризиків бонусних кампаній, партнерського трафіку та платіжних операцій;
• аналіз якості affiliate-трафіку;
• взаємодія з AML officer, Customer Operations, Finance, Product, Affiliate та технічною командою;
• підготовка регулярної risk/fraud-звітності;
• участь у побудові та вдосконаленні внутрішніх anti-fraud процесів.

Що очікуємо

• від 2 років досвіду на позиції Risk Manager, Fraud Manager, Anti-Fraud Analyst, Verification Specialist або аналогічній;

Шукаємо Product Manager, який забезпечуватиме: розвиток ERP-cистеми (TacERP), інтеграцію TacERP, як системи тактичного рівня, з системою стратегічного рівня( SAP), а також інтеграції з іншими системами, взаємодію із замовниками, кінцевими користувачами та командою розробки.

У цій ролі ви будете відповідати за

• Зростання рекламного інвентаря — розширення AVOD-каталогу, нові рекламні формати, збільшення fill rate.
• Підвищення чіткості таргетування — розвиток data-платформи як основи для сегментації аудиторії, профілювання глядачів, адресної реклами та lookalike-моделей.
• Зростання рекламних доходів — збільшення кількості рекламного інвентаря, зростання CPM, впровадження нових технологічних рішень.
   

Основні обов'язки:

Продукт та монетизація

• Формування дорожньої карти рекламної платформи: dynamic/server-side ad insertion (SSAI), frequency capping, нові рекламні формати (AVOD, pause ads, interactive/shoppable, CTV-специфічні формати).
• Ціноутворення та пакетування рекламних продуктів – спільно з командою продажів (linear pre/mid/post-roll, VOD, AVOD-плейлисти).
• Відповідальність за ключові метрики: fill rate, eCPM/CPM, ad revenue, RPH (revenue per hour of viewing).

Big Data та Targeting Platform

• Розбудова та розвиток bigdata-стріму компанії як основи для рекламного таргетингу: архітектура збору подій перегляду, консолідація даних з лінійного ТБ, VOD та AVOD у єдине аудиторне сховище.
• Постановка задач Data Engineering команді щодо трубопроводів даних (data pipelines), якості та повноти даних, які напряму впливають на точність сегментації.
• Розвиток сегментації аудиторії: побудова таксономії сегментів, інтеграція з CDP/DMP, first-party data стратегія як відповідь на обмеження 3rd-party ідентифікаторів (cookies/IDFA).
• Впровадження lookalike та predictive-моделей у партнерстві з Data Science для підвищення релевантності таргетингу та зростання CPM за рахунок addressable-інвентаря.
• Забезпечення privacy-compliant підходу до роботи з даними (аналог data clean rooms, згоди користувачів, відповідність регуляторним вимогам).

Партнерства та комерція

• Взаємодія з командою продажів — переклад комерційних потреб рекламодавців та агенцій у продуктові вимоги.
• Управління відносинами з технологічними партнерами: data-партнерами, верифікаторами.
• Участь у перемовинах з великими рекламодавцями та агенціями щодо кастомних рішень.

Управління командою та взаємодія зі стейкхолдерами

• Побудова та розвиток крос-функційної команди: продукт, аналітика, data engineering, development (у частині, що стосується рекламного data-стріму).
• Регулярна звітність перед керівництвом щодо прогресу по трьох стратегічних напрямках (інвентар, таргетинг, дохід).
   

Наші очікування від кандидата:

Must have

• 3-5+ років досвіду в продукті, з них більше року безпосередньо в AdTech/MarTech або монетизації.
• Глибоке розуміння OTT рекламної екосистеми: SSAI vs CSAI, стандарти VAST/VMAP, header bidding.
• Практичний досвід побудови або розвитку data/targeting-платформи: робота з великими обсягами даних про поведінку користувачів, сегментація, ID-рішення, CDP/DMP.
• Розуміння комерційної логіки рекламного ринку: формування CPM, системи аукціонів, робота агенцій.
• Досвід постановки задач командам розробки та оцінки якості даних як продуктового активу.
• Досвід виведення продуктів на ринок і роботи в крос-функційних командах (розробка, продажі, BigData).

Nice to have

• Досвід у телеком/медіа компанії з власним OTT-продуктом (а не лише в чистому AdTech-вендорі).
• Знання регуляторних аспектів роботи з даними (GDPR, захист персональних даних користувачів).
• Розуміння лінійного ТБ-бізнесу.
• Досвід впровадження моделей для рекламного таргетингу.

• Вміння доносити технічну складність до нетехнічних стейкхолдерів — команда продажів, менеджмент.

• Досвід: 2+ роки на позиції Project Manager, Launch Manager або Delivery-орієнтованого Product Manager з підтвердженим досвідом виводу B2B SaaS або FinTech продуктів на ринок.
• Навички управління: Сильна експертиза в управлінні ресурсами, ризиками та очікуваннями стейкхолдерів.
