Обов'язки

Головне завдання - допомагати 1-й лінії сапорту. Ні, нам не потрібне твоє вміння/бажання говорити з клієнтами. Для цього є спеціально навчені люди. Проте нам важливо, щоб ти міг(могла) коммунікувати з командою, спокійно та чітко дати відповіді на питання учасників команди, та намагався (намагалася) якісно зрозуміти, що відбувається з таскою, про що йде мова, та що ти хочеш сказати.

Нам також важливе твоє бажання саморозвиватися, вчитися, працювати з кодом, шукати проблеми та по можливості усувати їх самостійно.
