Ми шукаємо найкращого Спеціаліста з контролю якості продажів, який буде виконувати важливу роль в оцінці якості роботи нашої команди продажів при їх взаємодії з клієнтами. Ти будеш моніторити вхідні/вихідні дзвінки, електронні листи та чати, щоб переконатися в дотриманні політик та процедур компанії. Крім того, ти будеш відігравати головну роль у розробці, створенні та впровадженні процесів якості, що впливатимуть безпосередньо на зростання доходів.

Твої якості та навички, які будуть цінними:

• 1+ роки досвіду на позиції Quality Control у відділі продажу;
• Володіння процесами продажів, включаючи ключові етапи та цілі;
• Досвід роботи з ключовими метриками та показниками ефективності;
• Відмінні комунікаційні навички, як усні, так і письмові;
• Сильні аналітичні навички;
• Бажання розвиватися в багатозадачному, проактивному середовищі, спрямованому на командну співпрацю;
• Високий рівень володіння Google Sheets, Docs, Slides, Forms та CRM-системами;
• Критичне мислення та систематичний підхід до роботи з акцентом на високі стандарти якості. 

Твої задачі будуть наступними:
 

• На постійній основі ти будеш слухати вхідні та вихідні дзвінки, щоб переконатися в застосуванні правильних технік продажу sales командою;
• Важливо буде якісно заповнювати quality control чек листи для подальшого аналізу і надавати зворотний зв'язок команді за результатами перевірки;
• Також, ти будеш формувати та аналізувати внутрішні звіти про якість на базі чек-листів, працювати з аналітикою;
• Допомога в адаптації нових менеджерів з продажу.

Already 4500+ graduates have landed their first IT jobs after just 4 months of training.Successfully launched our business in Poland and Brazil and have plans to expand to other countries.

We are looking for a reliable and proactive Junior Data Analyst who is ready to join us for a full-time position and would strengthen our Data Analytics team to help company make data-driven decisions on all levels. 

Required skills:

• Commercial experience in Python - 0,6+ years;
• Proven experience with SQL;
• Technical education is a must;
• Desire to deliver the highest quality results;
• English- Intermediate or higher.

As a plus:

• Experience with AWS, Docker, and DWH knowledge
• Experience as a Data analyst
• Experience with Looker or other tools for visualization.

Your tasks will be:

• Maintaining Python services;
• Creating new services for data parsing, data analysis, data collection;
• Analysing raw data;
• Building dashboards in Looker for metrics visualization.
• In this role you can also work with AWS (redshift, S3, serverless)as well as practice in ETL processes organization.

Example of tasks you`ll be working on:

• Parse vacancies for the new track for vacancy applying functionality on our platform;
• Build the dashboard in Looker;
• Build the service for extracting data from external sources for further analysis;
• Add monitoring query for the specified set of data.
