Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Java.
• Strong proficiency in SQL.
• Experience with JavaScript frameworks or libraries, preferably: Node.js, React or Next.js.
• A strong preference will be shown for candidates possessing at least 1 year of experience in both Python and JavaScript
• Experience in developing and maintaining automated tests.
• Solid understanding of software engineering best practices (coding standards, test coverage, deployment).

Responsibilities:

• Effective team leadership and help the logistics team (10 people) to motivate, direct, and advise in daily tasks and issues
• Ensure team members have the necessary trainings to perform their jobs
• Promote collaboration and remove obstacles to teamwork
• Utilize existing metrics and propose changes or new ones to ensure proper control of the logistics activity
• Record keeping
• Participate in staff training and evaluation to ensure a high level of customer service
• Keep abreast of market conditions
• Achieve business results for key performance indicators and other organizational objectives
• Manage all communications in compliance with business policies — Identify, monitor, and resolve customer complaints (involve other department’s team leaders if needed)
• Organize and supervise team activities

• Be available after hours or on weekends to provide operational support and guidance to the team (be the first point of contact for your team)
