As we continue expanding our B2B partnerships division, we are looking for a skilled and motivated Account Manager to develop long-term relationships with key partners and ensure the stability of both operational and commercial processes.

Role Overview

The Account Manager will be responsible for managing and growing partnerships with ISOs, PSPs, and strategic clients.

This is a full-cycle, end-to-end position covering all stages of the partner journey — from lead evaluation and onboarding support to performance analysis, risk monitoring, and involvement in compliance processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned ISOs, PSPs, and strategic merchants.
• Act as the main point of contact throughout the entire partnership lifecycle.

Requirements

Must-Have:

• 3+ years of experience in account management, partner management, or client success within a PSP, fintech, or acquiring organisation.
• Strong understanding of card acquiring processes: transaction flows, settlements, chargebacks, reserves, and scheme compliance.
• Proven experience managing relationships with ISOs, PSPs, or technology-driven partners.
• Hands-on experience with merchant onboarding and knowledge of KYC/KYB, risk assessment, and due diligence processes.
• Ability to interpret performance data and convert insights into actionable strategies.

We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join a growing network of digital entertainment products operating under multiple brands and serving one shared customer base.

The role is focused on building and scaling marketing channels across email, partner communication, affiliate acquisition, Telegram/community channels, and paid advertising. We are looking for someone who can take ownership, work independently, and build marketing processes from the ground up.

Responsibilities

• Build email marketing from scratch across a network of digital products
• Create, manage, and optimize email campaigns for existing users, inactive users, and business partners
• Develop automated email flows, newsletters, reactivation campaigns, promotional campaigns, and partner communication sequences
• Work with existing customer segments to improve engagement and subscription revenue
• Manage and grow Telegram groups and other direct communication channels
• Identify, test, and scale affiliate opportunities and external traffic sources
• Collaborate with a designer, SEO specialist, and developer to prepare creatives, landing pages, tracking, and campaign assets
• Analyze campaign performance, traffic quality, conversion rates, user behavior, and monetization metrics
• Test email subjects, offers, creatives, landing flows, funnels, and partner campaigns
• Prepare regular performance reports and suggest improvements based on data.

Requirements

• Proven experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, email marketing, affiliate marketing, or performance marketing
• Strong practical understanding of email marketing: segmentation, campaigns, automation, deliverability, open rates, CTR, conversion, and reactivation
• Experience building marketing campaigns from scratch or significantly improving existing marketing systems
• Understanding of funnels, traffic sources, conversion metrics, user retention, and campaign optimization
• Experience with affiliate marketing, partner acquisition, or traffic partnerships
• Ability to work independently, take ownership, and move tasks forward without step-by-step guidance
• Analytical mindset and ability to make decisions based on data
• Good communication skills and ability to work with team
• Comfortable working with confidential product verticals and discussing product specifics privately during the hiring process.
