We are looking for a data-driven CRO Specialist / Funnel Manager who will own the optimization and performance of our marketing funnels.

This role sits at the intersection of data, media buying, and creative production. You will be responsible for managing traffic flows, analyzing funnel performance, running A/B tests, and turning data into actionable recommendations that improve conversion rates and profitability.

This role blends administrative support, bookkeeping and vendor/subscription management, project coordination for our Marketing team, multi-calendar management for leadership, and support for onboarding new contractors and team members.
This position is ideal for someone who has experience working with UK and EU based companies and thrived in fast-paced start-up environments, is comfortable working with internationally distributed teams and contractors, and is fluent in modern productivity, project management, and AI tools.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide general administrative support to leadership and cross-functional teams.

Flamingo is building OpenFrame, an open-source platform with AI agents for MSPs that closes tickets and replaces the expensive vendor stack (RMM/PSA tools). Role Overview
We're looking for a Founding Sales Engineer who combines real commercial drive with a genuine understanding of the MSP world. Our buyers are technical - founders, CIOs, and senior sysadmins of MSP companies. They'll instantly spot a salesperson reading from a script. You'll lead technical conversations as an equal, run demos, and guide prospects from first call to proof-of-concept.

Important: experience in the MSP industry or related fields is a must for this role. If you haven't worked in or sold into the MSP world or adjacent IT channel areas, this position won't be the right fit.

What You'll Do

• Own the full sales cycle with MSP prospects - from first technical conversation to closed deal
• Run technical demos and proof-of-concepts, handling technical objections with confidence
• Speak the language of RMM, PSA, and IT infrastructure with people who live in it daily
• Work closely with the founding team to shape our sales process from the ground up
• Bring feedback from prospects back to the product team to sharpen our positioning

Qualifications

Must-Have:

Your responsibilities

Talent Acquisition (~70%)

* Work directly with clients to understand hiring needs.
