• Проєктування цільової архітектури: розробка моделей даних та вимог до їхнього опису
• Побудова карт потоків даних від систем-джерел до звітності, щоб забезпечити повну прозорість походження даних
• Проводити профілювання даних та аналіз вихідної системи
• Формулювання чітких висновків для підтримки кінцевого використання даних
• Використовувати репозиторії метаданих для виконання аналізу впливу інтеграції даних та систем
• Приймати участь у визначенні принципів обміну даними (ETL/ELT, Kafka, REST API) з фокусом на цілісність даних
• Участь у впровадженні Data Quality Management (DQM): правила, моніторинг, контроль

Your future responsibilities:

We are looking for an RBO Solution Architect who will drive the architecture and continuous evolution of the Bank's Remote Banking (RBO) platform. The primary goal of this role is to design and implement secure, scalable, and resilient technology solutions that align business needs with enterprise architecture principles. You will ensure architectural consistency, regulatory compliance, and technical excellence while enabling the delivery of reliable digital banking services and supporting the platform's long-term modernization.

Your future responsibilities:

• Primary contact for the business on technical and architectural questions
• Build and maintain the Software Architecture Document (SAD) with both business and technical architecture
• Collaborate with business analysts for requirements gathering, risk assessment, and ensuring alignment of solution architecture with business strategy

Your skills and experience:

• 5–7 years of IT experience with proven hands-on solution architecture in customer-facing complex systems
• Strong expertise in API design & management, including OpenAPI Specification 3.0 and API Gateway patterns
• Deep knowledge of microservices and event-driven architecture, performance troubleshooting and best practices with hands on implementations in production
• Understanding of Domain-Driven Design (DDD), enterprise integration patterns, and resilience patterns (Circuit Breaker, Saga)
• Knowledge with Java, Spring Boot, and modern programming practices (clean code, testing, algorithm design)
• Familiarity with modern AI development and product lifecycle management approaches
• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)

• Фасилітація cross-tribes, tribe eventsта інших подій на рівні організації
• Коучити та менторити Scrum Masters та Product Owners/Managers
• Розвивати Agile ком’юніті всередині організації
• Працювати як Agile Coach на рівні організації та як Scrum Master з однією командою

Твій досвід та навички:

• Досвід роботи у ролі Scrum M/SDM з декількома командами/системами
• Досвід трансформації команди з Waterfall до Agile
• Досвід побудови нової Agile-команди в non-Agile організації
• Глибоке розуміння цінностей і принципів Agile
• Глибоке розуміння Scrum і Kanban
• Глибоке розуміння процесу визначення цінності для бізнесу та делівері процесів
