Ideal candidate
We need a full-stack engineer with a product-owner mindset, extreme velocity, and a high sense of agency. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of owning projects end-to-end, translating customer problems into solutions, and making pragmatic trade-offs. While the stack is TypeScript and Python, strong engineering fundamentals and a 'figure it out' mentality are far more important than specific language experience. Without evidence of high ownership and a bias for action (e.g., side projects, startup experience, key player in past roles), do not proceed. The culture is intense and built for those who want to be fully immersed. They expect new hires to ship to production on day one and have no code reviews to maximize speed. We are looking for a Senior CRM Manager to own the CRM function end to end — from strategy and infrastructure to hands-on execution.
