Project Coordinator

TechMagic is looking for a Project Coordinator / Project Manager to work closely with the Delivery Manager and take ownership of coordination across several active projects, including a healthcare project involving both a TechMagic engineering team and a US-based client team. The key responsibility of this role is to maintain the right balance between client expectations and team needs while ensuring consistent delivery across projects.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Must have:

• 2+ years of experience in IT, with at least 1 year in a coordination or project/product management role
• Upper-Intermediate or Advanced spoken English
• Strong communication and emotional intelligence; ability to adapt style to different personalities and situations
• Independent judgment, ownership, and confidence handling ambiguous or difficult situations
• Actively uses AI tools and understands key AI concepts well enough to contribute to AI initiative coordination

Nice to have:

• Experience working with US clients

• Experience working with healthcare products

   

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain frequent, proactive communication with key client stakeholders, providing visibility into project progress, priorities, blockers, and upcoming releases
• Build a strong relationship with the client and manage a highly involved stakeholder who expects regular communication and visibility
• Work with client requirements, including AI-generated requirements and prototypes — identify the actual business need and validate proposed solutions with the team before development
• Coordinate the internal team, ensuring everyone understands tasks, priorities, responsibilities, and deadlines
• Proactively identify missing requirements, unclear tasks, blockers, and dependencies, and drive them toward resolution
• Build good relationships with individual team members and adapt communication style accordingly
• Conduct regular 1:1s and team syncs to understand concerns, motivation, workload, and delivery risks
• Maintain accountability without unnecessary pressure, using communication, trust, and influence
• Coordinate QA and twice-weekly production releases, ensuring release scope and statuses are properly maintained in Jira

• Act as the bridge between the client, the TechMagic team, and the client-side development team

   

PROJECT

Customer: Multiple clients, including a US-based healthcare company.

Type: Mixed portfolio of projects, including a Healthcare / HealthTech solution.

Product: The candidate will coordinate several active projects under the guidance of the Delivery Manager. One of the key projects is a healthcare platform focused on cancer screening, with integrations into healthcare and insurance systems, delivered in close, ongoing collaboration with a US-based client.

Stage: Active, growing projects — not from-scratch builds.

Work schedule: Full-time working day (flexible hours), possibility to work remotely or visit our office in Lviv.
