• You assess each person and figure out the best way to match them with the right role
• Over time, the work moves toward the complex, hard-to-close positions our clients need filled
• There’s room to grow into client-facing work with key accounts, or into projects built around our automations and agent orchestration.

Our responsibilities are changing, and with so many parts of the team moving, there’s room for people with diverse skills and strengths.

Who we’re looking for:
For this role, we are looking for candidates currently based in Latin America or US or Canada who are fluent in both Ukrainian (for day-to-day team communication) and English (C1).

• Smart, curious, and people-friendly

• Strong ownership, sound judgment, and attention to detail

Requirements:

• Fluent English (non-negotiable)
• Recruitment experience is preferred

Big pluses:

• Sales experience
• A background in customer support
• Availability to overlap with UTC-6 to UTC-1 time zones

Why join:

You’ll join a team that is actively rebuilding how recruiting works, with automation handling the repetitive parts. Your work will directly affect how many clients we can serve and how well we match engineers to roles.

• Full-time, fully remote position — work from wherever you're based
• Flexible working hours, though we'd love it if your schedule naturally overlaps with UTC-6 to UTC-1
• 28 paid days off per year, including public holidays and 7 paid sick days
• Learning & development budget to support courses, certifications, or conferences
• Home office budget to help you set up a workspace that works for you
