    About the Role

We're looking for a skilled Website Developer to build the new version of the Applica website. This is a project-based contractor role (~1 month) with potential for ongoing hourly-based support after the initial launch.

You'll be working directly with a technical person from our team who will review your work, answer questions, and provide feedback throughout the project.

    Tech Stack:

    • Astro
    • TypeScript
    • Tailwind CSS
    • KeyStatic CMS

    Key Tasks:

    • Develop the Applica website from scratch based on ready-to-implement Figma designs (~10-15 pages)
    • Deliver pixel-perfect implementation matching the designs exactly
    • Implement all transitions and animations as specified in the designs
    • Build fully responsive layouts for desktop, tablet, and mobile screens

    • Integrate analytics tracking (e.g., Google Analytics, PostHog)
    • Write clean, readable, and maintainable code with solid architecture
    • Collaborate with our technical person for code reviews and feedback

Note: CMS content creation and Zapier integrations are not part of the scope (handled by our team), but collaborative input is welcome.

    Skills and Experience

    • 1+ year of commercial experience in website development
    • Astro (or React with willingness to learn Astro quickly)
    • TypeScript
    • Tailwind CSS

    • Git (feature branches, pull requests, merging – we follow Git flow with CI/CD deploying to staging and production)
    • Familiarity with Figma for design-to-code workflows
    • Extensive experience with Claude Code and Figma MCP for AI-assisted development
    • Portfolio with examples of your work (GitHub repositories and/or live websites)

    Nice to have:

    • Vercel deployment experience

    What We Offer:

    • Fully remote project-based collaboration with clear scope and deliverables
    • Direct communication via Slack with a dedicated technical point of contact
    • Flexible sync calls as needed to clarify requirements and discuss progress
    • Potential for ongoing support work (hourly-based) after the website launch – adding new pages, features, and iterations

This Role is For You If You:

    • Can deliver high-quality, pixel-perfect websites from Figma designs
    • Are comfortable working independently while staying in sync with the team
    • Leverage AI tools to work efficiently without compromising quality
    • Take pride in writing clean, maintainable code

    Hiring Process:

    ⭕️ Screening Interview → ⭕️ Technical Interview

Please be ready to share your portfolio (GitHub repos, live websites, or case studies) during the process.

    Research Engineer — Backtesting & Validation (E-sports)

We are building a quantitative research platform from scratch in the e-sports domain and are looking for a Research Engineer to join the team at an early stage.

The platform works with rich historical and real-time match data, as well as external signals derived from competitive games. This role is focused on backtesting, validation, and aligning simulated results with real-world outcomes, working closely with both research and engineering teams.

This is a foundational role — your early technical and methodological decisions will directly influence how the platform evolves over time.

    What you’ll do:

    • Design and implement backtesting and simulation infrastructure for e-sports match data
    • Continuously tune and improve backtesting logic by comparing simulations with real match outcomes
    • Validate research outputs and performance metrics
    • Build sanity checks and detect overfitting or bias
    • Collect live external data via APIs and web scraping
    • Deploy, run, and maintain data pipelines in a cloud environment

    What we’re looking for:

    • Strong Python skills (production-grade, not notebook-only)
    • Experience with data ingestion via APIs and web scraping (HTTP, async, rate-limit aware)
    • Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure
    • Docker experience
    • Background in backtesting or simulation systems
    • Solid understanding of statistics
    • Interest or experience in e-sports, game telemetry, or match-level data
    • Comfortable working in greenfield systems with messy, imperfect data

You’re a product designer who ships-an AI-native builder who turns ambiguous ideas into working product POCs fast. You sit between product design and lightweight frontend-using AI tooling as your default workflow to test, learn, and iterate.
QuintAce is an next generation AI poker coaching platform-not another solver/HUD. We’re building coaching that translates complex poker theory into simple, motivating, gameplay-first learning for real humans.

    What you’ll do (core responsibilities)
    ● Design + build interactive product experiences end-to-end (from concept → prototype → working demo).
    ● Prototype AI-first UX for poker learning: session review, deciks, and “what to do next” coaching loops.
    ● Use Claude Code + agentic workflows to generate, refactor, and ship POCs quickly (not just mockups).
    ● Use Figma MCP server to translate Figma context into code accurately and repeatedly (components, layout, design tokens).
    ● Lean hard into gen-AI for visuals/UI/product art, then integrate outputs into real flows.
    ● Iterate based on outcomes (speed, usability, “aha moment”, retention), not polish for polish’s sake.

    What we’re looking for
    ● A product designer who can build, not just design.
    ● Strong UI/UX instincts + taste + systems thinking.
    ● AI geek (must-have): you actively experiment with tools/workflows and can assemble a stack to ship POCs (agents, prompts, pipelines, eval loops).

Product/UI/UX experience. se for visuals + prototyping.
    ● Ability to build interactive prototypes (code, no-code, or hybrid)
