Business Analyst (MS Dynamics)

We are looking for a Business Analyst  with experience in Microsoft Dynamics Business Central to join our team. This role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders, analysis of processes, and implementation of ERP solutions.
 

🔧 Responsibilities

• Analyze and document business requirements
• Gather and formalize functional requirements
• Configure and support Microsoft Dynamics Business Central
• Participate in ERP implementation projects
• Communicate with stakeholders and end users
• Prepare documentation (BRD, SRS, user stories)
• Participate in testing and go-live activities
• Provide post-release support
   

✅ Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central (or NAV)
• Understanding of business processes (finance, supply chain, sales, procurement)
• Experience in writing business and technical documentation
• Experience in ERP implementations
• Strong communication skills
   

➕ Nice to have

• Experience with AL development or understanding of BC customization
• Experience with system integrations
• Microsoft Dynamics certifications
