You will work across the full UX process — from research and ideation to testing and delivery — ensuring that every design decision is backed by user insights and aligned with business goals. 
You’ll collaborate closely with Product Managers, Product Designers, and Developers to create intuitive and engaging experiences for our users.

• 4+ years of experience as a UX/UI Designer or Product Designer in product companies (not outsource) 
• Strong Portfolio of commercial products 
• Strong Figma skills, AI tools for design 
• English B2 (essential for communication with stakeholders and user research) 
• Experience designing mobile applications (preferably fintech, banking, or similar) 
• Proficiency with Figma and UX research tools (e.g., Maze) 
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and accessibility 
• Familiarity with service design frameworks and methods (e.g., Double diamond, Design thinking, Design sprints) 
• Experience with the discovery phase of the products and its methods

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Conduct user research (interviews, surveys, usability testing, diary studies, etc.) 
• Participate in team workshops  
• Facilitating team workshops on the discovery stage (e.g., Stakeholder interviews, User research, CJM, Service Blueprint) 
• Conduct usability tests and iterate based on feedback and data 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, Development, Marketing) 
• Ensure UX consistency across iOS and Android platforms 
• Participate in design reviews and contribute to our UX standards and design system
