We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Business Analyst who is passionate about understanding business needs and translating them into clear, structured documentation. This role is perfect for someone with at least 1 year of experience in requirement gathering and business analysis, even outside the software industry.
You’ll play a key role in bridging the gap between business stakeholders and developers — collecting requirements, maintaining product documentation, and supporting the development team throughout the project lifecycle. If you’re analytical, quick to learn, and eager to grow as a Business Analyst — we’d love to meet you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Transform business ideas into simple User Stories and Use Cases;
- Collecting, analysing, determining requirements;
- Maintain Knowledge database and be an entry point for all the questions raised by developers related to business logic;
- Build effective communication channels with developers and stakeholders;
- Lead technical refinement (grooming) sessions with a team.
Requirements:
