Key Responsibilities:

• Launch and own new content streams (starting with the Communication course)
• Create and edit bite-sized lessons for a mobile app (text, audio, visuals)
• Collaborate with Marketing to align topics with ad hooks
• Maintain and improve lesson ratings (target: 4.5+)
• Migrate existing content from web to app (30 lessons in 3 months)
• Localize content for ES / PT-BR / FR / TR markets
• Prepare clear design briefs (design support is optional, not mandatory)
• Ensure tone of voice consistency across all content
• Propose process optimizations using AI tools (content, visuals, audio)

Requirements:

• Experience in content creation for educational purposes
• Strong English writing and editing skills
• Understanding of mobile-first / microlearning formats
• Ability to work independently and own full content cycles
• Experience collaborating with designers and marketers
• Interest in AI tools for content production

Would be a plus: 

• Experience in EdTech or subscription apps
• Familiarity with localization or multilingual content creation
• Background in education, media, or journalism
• Hands-on experience generating visuals with AI tools

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Business Analyst to join the Proxet team building an end-to-end solution for our clients from the Real Estate domain. The role is designated to ensure the smooth delivery of the product that meets customer expectations through understanding business needs, eliciting, documenting, communicating, and managing requirements from the project onset.

About the project

Our client is a leading, $35B global commercial real estate services and investment firm. The organization is leveraging Palantir Foundry and its AI capabilities as a foundational data and application platform to accelerate its digital transformation efforts. The focus is on building scalable solutions that showcase Foundry’s value, drive adoption, and create a pipeline of business-funded initiatives. These efforts aim to enable efficient data transformation and client-specific reporting at enterprise scale. Together, they will strengthen reporting capabilities, improve efficiency, and establish a foundation for data-driven applications across global operations.

Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst and/or Product Owner on software delivery teams (Agile/Scrum/Kanban);
• Experience in Real Estate and/or Finance, ideally including asset/property management workflows and terminology
• Proven experience managing product backlog throughout project  lifecycle;
• Demonstrate a strong focus on detail and a user-centric approach;
• Hands-on experience with process and data modeling techniques (BPMN/process maps, data flows, data dictionaries/semantic definitions)

• Strong analytical skills, including impact analysis, dependency management, and risk/mitigation communication

   

Nice to have

• Experience with assets/property management;
• Hands-on experience in the delivery and quality evaluation of LLM-powered products;
• Hands-on with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Sisense, or QuickSight;
• Familiarity with Human-Centered Design / JTBD for discovery and outcome definition.
   

 Responsibilities

• Identify business needs and elicit functional and non-functional requirements through interviews, workshops, and other relevant techniques;
• Manage product backlog items, including  DoR adherence, dependency management, changes tracking, and impact assessment;
• Document, analyze, and break down requirements into clear, unambiguous, and actionable delivery items (epics, stories, acceptance criteria);
• Facilitate working sessions with stakeholders, UX, and the development team to shape solutions, clarify trade-offs, and confirm scope;
• Communicate with stakeholders and the team to manage expectations, surface risks early, and drive timely decisions;
• Maintain a single source of truth for requirements, definitions, decisions, and changes in a structured knowledge base;
• Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and user training by defining test scenarios, triaging issues, and validating acceptance;
• Advocate for business needs as a whole by assessing downstream impacts and ensuring changes remain consistent with agreed outcomes and KPIs.
