This role is part of a new long-term project, where you will cover Tier 1 technical support, working closely with international clients and internal teams. Weβre looking for proactive specialists who are ready to dive deep into the product, take ownership of issues, and follow them through βuntil the bottom line.β
Working schedule:
Primary coverage is US daytime/(EST, GMT -5) (6:00 AM β 6:00 PM)
