To support this growth journey, we seek a Systems Administrator remotely in Ukraine to ensure the smooth operation of IT infrastructure using modern approaches. In this role, you will focus on internal IT requests from our colleagues, participating in various IT projects in collaboration with other teams across global locations as we scale.

    You will report to the ITSM Operations Manager, and collaborate closely with Service Desk colleagues, Security and Business Process Automation teams, and the Director of Internal IT.

    What you will do

    • Own and administer the company’s Identity Provider (IdP), including SSO, MFA, access policies, and identity lifecycle management
    • Design, configure, and maintain SAML and SCIM integrations with internal and third-party applications
    • Maintain and optimize integrations between Google Workspace, HR system, and the Identity Provider to automate joiner, mover, and leaver processes
    • Administer cloud services with a focus on access governance, security, licensing, and automation
    • Monitor system health, diagnose complex cross-platform issues, and lead resolution of identity- and access-related incidents
    • Lead and execute system migrations between cloud, on-premises, and SaaS platforms
    • Support Service Desk colleagues in handling complex escalations and providing guidance on advanced technical issues
    • Contribute to regular ticket resolution when required, particularly for high-impact or complex cases, ensuring service continuity
    • Collaborate closely with the Information Security team on access controls, security reviews, and audit-related activities
    • Drive continuous improvement of identity, access, and cloud processes through automation and standardization

     

    What you bring

    • 5+ years of experience in Systems Administration, Identity & Access Management, or L3 internal IT support
    • Strong hands-on experience with Identity Providers (IdP), preferably Okta
    • Proven experience configuring and maintaining SAML and SCIM integrations
    • Experience integrating Google Workspace and HR systems with Identity Providers to automate user lifecycle management
    • Strong experience with MDM and endpoint management tools (e.g. JumpCloud), including device enrollment, policy management, and compliance enforcement
    • Solid understanding of cloud services administration, including access control, security, and licensing
    • Advanced troubleshooting skills across identity, SaaS platforms, and operating systems
    • Experience working with Windows and macOS in an enterprise environment
    • Knowledge of IT Service Management tools and structured operational processes
    • Upper-Intermediate English (B2) or higher, written and spoken

     

    Nice to have

    • Knowledge in networking fields
    • Experience with the creation and administration of basic workflows in Jira
    • Cisco-issued certification / ITIL foundation / Comptia A+ or above
    • Experience in PowerShell and Bash

    •  Demand & Forecasting Intelligence: building short-term demand forecasting models, generating  granular demand signals for operational planning, identifying anomalies, and supporting commercial  decision logic across virtual warehouse clusters. 

    •  Operational Orchestration & Task Optimization: designing predictive models for workload  estimation, task duration (ETA), and prioritization. Developing algorithms that automatically map  operational needs into structured tasks and optimize their sequencing and allocation across teams. 

    •  In-Store Execution & Routing Optimization: developing models that optimize picker movement,  predict in-store congestion, and recommend optimal routes and execution flows. Integrating store  layout geometry, product characteristics, and operational constraints to enhance dark-store  efficiency. 

     

    You will join a cross-functional team to design and implement data-driven decision module that directly  influence commercial and operational decisions. 

     

    Responsibilities:

    •  develop and maintain ML models for forecasting short-term demand signals and detecting anomalies  across virtual warehouse clusters;

    •  build predictive models to estimate task workload, execution times (ETA), and expected operational  performance;

    •  design algorithms to optimize task distribution, sequencing, and prioritization across operational  teams;

    •  develop routing and path-optimization models to improve picker movement efficiency within dark  stores; 

    •  construct data-driven decision modules that integrate commercial rules, operational constraints, and  geometric layouts;

    •  translate business requirements into ML-supported decision flows and automate key parts of  operational logic; 

    •  build SQL pipelines and data transformations for commercial, operations, and logistics datasets;

    •  work closely with supply chain, dark store operations, category management, and IT to deliver  measurable improvements;

    •  conduct A/B testing, validate model impact, and ensure high-quality model monitoring. 

     

    Requirements:

    •  bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics / Quantitative Economics / Econometrics / Statistics / Computer  Sciences / Finance;
