🎯 Key Responsibilities

Quality Assurance & Testing

• Review and test newsletter pages, custom pages, and published posts.

• Conduct manual testing for UI/UX consistency, responsiveness, and navigation.

• Verify layouts, links, embeds, and formatting before and after updates.

• Identify, document, and communicate bugs clearly and precisely.

• Validate email previews and ensure proper rendering across devices.

Operations & Troubleshooting

• Manage multiple Beehiiv accounts and configurations.

• Own the entire lead generation strategy and execution across multiple acquisition channels (Paid Ads, PPC, SEO, Social, Affiliates, Partnerships, Email, etc.).

We are growing fast and looking for a Marketing Analytics & Optimization Specialist who will own analytics, reporting, campaign optimization, and coordination across marketing and sales operations.

🎯 Job Description

This role combines analytics, reporting, operational coordination, and performance optimization within the broadcast and marketing ecosystem.
You will work closely with Marketing, BD/Sales, Product, and Technical teams, ensuring high-quality insights, consistent data, and effective decision-making across the organization.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

Campaign Performance & Optimization

• Monitor and analyze KPIs, reporting campaign performance, conversion rates, and funnel efficiency.

• Initiate and execute A/B tests and parallel experiments.

• Lead price optimization initiatives and cross-team coordination.

• Build or refine attribution models for visibility into campaign and product performance.

• Identify growth opportunities through segmentation and clustering techniques.

Reporting & Dashboards

• Build clear, concise, and visually appealing dashboards and weekly/monthly/quarterly reports.

• Use CRM dashboards and Excel/Google Sheets for regular and ad hoc reporting.

• Present insights and recommendations to the CMO and executive team.

• Support Sales/BD with structured follow-up strategies and performance insights.

Web & Content Analytics (Nice-to-have)

• Analyze web and content performance using Google Analytics, Firebase, and BigQuery.

• Ensure consistency of web analytics and manage the data layer (JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SQL).

• Collaborate with technical teams on tracking implementation and data accuracy.

Team Enablement & Internal Processes

• Onboard and support new team members, coaching them in analytics and reporting tasks.

• Prepare accurate data for regular marketing, sales, and product meetings.

• Lead KPI planning and quarterly performance alignment processes.

• Contribute to improved measurement frameworks for marketing initiatives.

Continuous Improvement

• Enhance processes across analytics, reporting, and tracking.

• Stay updated with emerging technologies, tools, and industry best practices.

📌 Requirements

• English level — B2+ (strict requirement).

• 3+ years of experience in marketing analytics, digital marketing, broadcast operations, or performance roles.

• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, formulas, automations).

• Experience with attribution models, experimentation, and A/B testing frameworks.

• Understanding of marketing funnels, conversion metrics, and performance analysis.

• Ability to structure and present insights to senior leadership.

• Experience working cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and Tech teams.

➕ Nice to Have

• Experience with U.S. digital marketing or newsletter/email ecosystems.

• Advanced SQL knowledge.

• Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Zoho, Pipedrive).

• Background in leading small teams or mentoring other analysts.

We’re scaling a large portfolio of newsletters and are looking for a Newsletter Analytics Specialist with a strong marketing analytics background to build and own the data and tracking foundation of our operation.

This role is essential for ensuring that our analytics setup is accurate, reliable, and able to support performance decisions across 100+ newsletters. You’ll maintain data quality, set up tracking links, build dashboards, and deliver insights that help the team improve engagement, growth, and monetization.

Speed, accuracy, and a marketer’s mindset are key — you should understand how metrics translate into strategy and be able to turn numbers into clear recommendations.

This role also comes with a growth path: as the volume of data increases, you’ll have the opportunity to build and coordinate an analytics/data team to support our expanding newsletter network.

📌 Requirements

• Strong spreadsheet and data-handling skills (Google Sheets/Excel).

• Experience with Looker Studio or similar data visualization/reporting tools.

• Detail-oriented and fast - able to handle large volumes without mistakes.
