About the role

A growing part of our pipeline isn't websites — it's products. Clients come to us with a working prototype (often AI-generated), a locked UX and a launch date, and need someone to take it to production: web apps, mobile apps, multi-tenant platforms, admin panels, AI-assisted features.

You'll be the engineering counterpart to our design team on these projects — scoping, architecting, building and shipping.

What you'll do

• Take products from prototype/MVP to production: two-sided platforms, patient and provider portals, marketplaces, membership platforms

We are looking for a Field QA Engineer to own the quality of the navigation software running on unmanned ground vehicles — validated against the real, physical unit in the field, not just in a simulator, and then to represent that quality live in front of customers and partners. This is not a desk-only QA role: roughly 70% of your time is hands-on testing (hardware, software, networking, and simulation), and the rest is running and supporting live demos — where you’ll set up the system, troubleshoot on the spot, and carry field feedback back to the engineering team. You will need to be comfortable working from a command-line/terminal interface (Linux shell, SSH, logs), just as comfortable with cables and connectors, and equally comfortable explaining what you’re doing to a non-technical audience abroad.

• Test the robot as a full system — hardware, software, and the connection between them — not just the application layer
• Validate network and wireless connectivity between the robot and its control station, and diagnose connection issues (latency, packet loss, dropped links) when they occur

We design product interfaces and marketing sites for SaaS, fintech, e-commerce and Web3 clients. A growing share of them can't be built in Webflow — headless storefronts, design-system implementations, high-motion sites, component libraries handed over to in-house engineering teams. How you can specifically impact the company’s development:
• process information for monthly reporting
• participate in the preparation of the IFRS Group reporting package for HQ and management reporting forms
• support the analysis of business transactions against IFRS standards and suggest the appropriate accounting & reporting treatment
• prepare accounting position papers for management and HQ regarding complex or judgmental accounting matters
• support the coordination of external and internal audits
• assist in the optimization and automation of routine processes
• participate in the design and operation of internal controls within the finance function

Challenges for three months:
• efficiently and quickly onboard into the existing reporting processes
• take the initiative to suggest improvements in reporting automation and template preparation
• actively support the Head of Reporting in communicating with HQ and auditors regarding complex accounting matters and the annual audit
• prepare accounting memos on matters involving significant judgment or estimates

To achieve results, you will need:
• 3+ years of relevant experience (accounting, audit, financial and/or management reporting)

You'll work on the mobile app for an online travel agency representing 400+ luxury hotels across 75 countries through its own booking ecosystem. The app covers flexible room search and filtering, booking and payment flows, a shopping cart, and loyalty programs that combine hotel discounts with an internal points-based rewards system. It's under continuous development to keep engagement high and deliver a reliably premium experience for guests booking upscale stays. You Have

• 5+ years of commercial software development experience, with strong hands-on work in Flutter and Dart
