    Responsibilities:

    • Monitoring staffing and workload distribution within the department
    • Processing and tracking requests from the Sales department
    • Preparing and updating relevant developer CVs
    • Organizing and participating in developer interviews
    • People management: conducting 1:1s, monitoring risks, supporting team atmosphere, resolving conflicts and challenges developers may face in their work
    • Ensuring developers are equipped with necessary hardware
    • Maintaining financial timesheets and writing corporate emails
    • Preparing monthly reports on developers’ worked hours
    • Organizing and conducting Performance Reviews for department staff
    • Writing various types of reports (daily, monthly, ad-hoc)
    • Contributing to department development strategy
    • Participating in the organization of internships and Tech Talks

     

    Requirements:

    • Work experience or a certificate in HR/Recruitment/Sales/Project Management

    Position Overview:

    ELVTR is looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Marketing Materials Designer to support our team in creating impactful learning and marketing materials.

    This is a full-time, remote role for candidates based in Ukraine.

     

     

    This role is for you if you’re:

    • Passionate about design and creating engaging learning and marketing materials.
    • Skilled in Figma and Google Slides, with an eye for detail and consistency.
    • Comfortable with repetitive tasks but also eager to explore creative solutions.
    • Open to feedback and motivated to grow your skills in a supportive environment.
    • Flexible, organized, and able to deliver quality work even under tight deadlines.
    • Curious about AI tools like MidJourney and how they can enhance design workflows.
       

    Responsibilities:

    • Design and update presentations, course materials (brochures, programs, etc.), and informers.
    • Collaborate with the team to ensure designs are aligned with brand guidelines and project needs.
    • Prepare and optimize files using PDF compression tools for smooth sharing and publishing.
    • Support the design of emails and landing pages when needed.
    • Maintain consistency and attention to detail across repetitive design tasks.
    • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
    • Explore and experiment with AI tools (e.g., MidJourney) to enhance design workflows.

     

     

    Requirements:

    • 1-3 years of experience in creating presentation materials including designing emails or landing pages.
    • Upper-intermediate level English proficiency
    • Background in Proficiency in Figma for design tasks.
    • Ability to create and edit materials in Google Slides.
    • Experience working with PDF compression tools.
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle repetitive tasks with consistency.
    • Ability to work independently, stay motivated, and meet deadlines.
    • Openness to feedback and willingness to learn and grow.
    • Flexibility to occasionally work under tight deadlines.
    • Familiarity with MidJourney or other AI image generation tools.
