Strong Project Manager (Igaming) $$$ Offline

Requirements:
— 1+ years of experience as PM / Team Lead / Coordinator in IT 

— Understanding of web development processes (frontend, backend, DevOps, design) 

— Basic technical knowledge: HTML/CSS/JS, any programming language (C/C#, Python, PHP) 

— Fundamentals of working with hosting and domains, understanding of DNS 

— Ability to read technical specifications, assess complexity and risks 

— Strong communication skills and team management abilities 

— Ability to clearly formulate tasks and control their execution without excessive bureaucratic burden 

— Organization, responsibility, proactivity

Responsibilities: 

— Planning and coordinating team work (UI/UX designer, frontend, DevOps, webmaster) 

— Monitoring execution deadlines 

— Quality control of task implementation according to requirements 

— Communication with management and providing feedback to the team — Resolving minor technical issues and escalating complex cases to developers 

— Process optimization to ensure the team works efficiently without unnecessary bureaucracy

Planning and Prioritization

• Communicates with Media Buyers regarding new website creation, plans workload for the week/month
• Forms backlog and task queue
• Coordinates deadlines with designer, frontend, webmaster
• Allocates resources (in-house vs freelance)
• Plans tasks with PHP developers and coordinates timelines, monitors deadlines

Communication with Freelancers (Development/Creatives)

• Task assignment to freelancers (mockups, layout)
• Monitoring execution and deadlines
• Ensuring full task context (GEO, brand, template type, domain)

Internal Team Coordination

• Task handoff between departments
• Synchronization with tech department
• Prioritizing webmaster assignments

Process Monitoring

• Tracks task statuses (To Do / In Progress / Review / Done)
• Escalates blockers (e.g., missing domain, hosting not ready)
• Resolves escalations (in case of delays or issues)

Nice to have: 

— Knowledge of Jira, Monday 

— Experience with technical documentation and APIs — Basic understanding of DevOps processes (Docker, CI/CD)
