The Rust backend handles message routing, user matching algorithms, group management, API and the web presence. This is a client-commissioned project with a clear product vision.

REQUIREMENTS: 1+ years of experience in C, C++ or another systems-level language. Understanding of memory management (stack vs. heap, pointers, ownership concepts). Basic knowledge of network programming (TCP/IP, WebSockets, HTTP). Interest in learning Rust – we will train you, supported by AI-assisted development with Claude. Clean, readable, maintainable code is non-negotiable. Experience with Git and Linux. Good English skills (reading and writing).

We’re looking for a product designer to help shape Lemon.io. You’ll take ownership of how Lemon looks and feels for our clients and talent. You will be collaborating closely with the Product and Engineering teams.

• 3+ years of experience in product design (web-focused)
• A track record of working in a fast-paced product environment

What you’ll do:

• In one sentence: Design Lemon.io, making it the best talent marketplace on the market.
• Own design projects from conception to delivery, collaborating with Product team and Engineering
• Design and improve existing products: Talent portal, CRM (yes, we have custom CRM), Client portal, and more
• Improve design processes
• Champion quick wins and impactful improvements

Who We Are Looking For:

We are seeking a proactive and ambitious Junior Sales Manager who is passionate about technology and sales. If you are eager to learn, grow in a dynamic environment, and start your career in international B2B sales, this is a great opportunity for you!

Responsibilities:

• Research and identify potential clients in the IoT and Cloud industries.

• Reach out to prospects via email, LinkedIn, and other communication channels.

• Qualify leads and schedule introductory calls with the sales team.

• Support the sales team with CRM data entry, follow-ups, and reporting.

• Assist in preparing presentations and sales materials.

• Participate in exhibitions and industry events (optional).

Requirements:

• Experience: 6+ months in sales, lead generation, or customer-facing roles (IT industry experience is a plus).

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic understanding of IT, Cloud, and SaaS concepts.

• Willingness to learn and develop sales techniques.

• Experience with CRM tools (or readiness to learn).

• Languages: Strong English (B2 or higher).

• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to grow in sales.
