We're looking for a QA who will test projects at all stages – from develop to production. Main goal: bugs should not reach the client.

What you'll do
Test websites – functionality, visuals, accessibility. Check compliance with designs (pixel perfect), run features through checklists, create test cases. Ensure the site works equally well across all browsers and devices.
Check accessibility per WCAG – not formally through a checker, but substantively: contrast, keyboard navigation, screen reader. Where needed, apply GDPR rules (consent management, cookie banners). Work with CMS (content setup, templates, data output).
You work through Jira, prioritize, document bugs so developers can immediately start work. Collaboration with the team – PM and developers.

Who we're looking for
This position suits you if you're detail-oriented - you see not just a broken button, but a 2px offset, incorrect alt text, insufficient contrast. If you can independently determine work scope and execute tasks with quality.
We're looking for someone who wants to steadily grow in manual testing and is ready to grow with the team.

Requirements
Must have:

- 3+ years of manual web project testing experience
- Ability to test visual and functional aspects
- Knowledge of accessibility principles (WCAG 2.1) and ability to test them substantively
- Ability to write test cases and checklists
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, Figma
- Understanding of usability - ability to notice inconvenient UI and suggest improvements
- Ability to check pixel perfect (design vs implementation comparison)
- English B1-B2 (reading documentation, describing bugs)

Requirements:

• Strong backend development experience with Python and PostgreSQL, including schema design and migrations (SQLAlchemy + Alembic)
• Proficiency with React and TypeScript for frontend development
• Deep understanding of asynchronous programming and event-driven systems (Python async, background processing, integrations)
• Experience with workflow orchestration tools
• Hands-on experience working with Apache Airflow, including DAG's and backend integrations

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build and deliver full-stack features using Python, PostgreSQL, React and TypeScript
• Take ownership of features from initial, sometimes ambiguous ideas to production, including:
• clarifying requirements and assumptions
• technical design
• implementation
• testing, deployment and monitoring
• Design and maintain integration-heavy backend services, collaborating with other teams and consuming internal API's
• Work closely with Apache Airflow pipelines (seamless integration with backend services)
• Design and implement scalable backend systems using PostgreSQL

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced backend developer to build and maintain the API and backend infrastructure for our web portal and mobile application. You'll be working with modern technologies, including Rust, PostgreSQL/PostGIS, and cloud-native deployments on

Kubernetes.
 

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop robust backend services and RESTful APIs using Rust and Actix Web;
• Architect and implement efficient database schemas in PostgreSQL with the PostGIS extension;
• Write optimized SQL queries and database procedures for high-performance data operations;
• Deploy and maintain services on Kubernetes in Open Telekom Cloud using Helm charts;
• Manage Kubernetes resources, deployments, and service configurations;
• Implement DevOps best practices, including CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and automated testing;
• Collaborate with frontend and mobile teams to ensure seamless API integration;
• Optimize system performance and scalability.
   

Required Qualifications

Technical Skills:

• Strong proficiency in Rust (or willingness to learn with a solid C/C++ background)
• Expert-level database skills: PostgreSQL schema design, stored procedures, query optimization, and performance tuning
• Cloud platform experience: Open Telekom Cloud, AWS, GCP, or similar cloud services
• Kubernetes experience: Container orchestration, deployment management, scaling, and troubleshooting
• Helm expertise: Creating and managing Helm charts for application deployments
• Experience with containerization (Docker) and container best practices
• Understanding of RESTful API design principles and best practices
• Version control with Git and collaborative development workflows

Desirable Skills:

• Geospatial expertise: Experience with spatial analysis, coordinate system transformations, PostGIS, or GIS applications;
• Knowledge of the Actix Web framework or similar web frameworks;
• Experience with DevOps tools and practices (CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, monitoring);
• Kubernetes ecosystem tools (Ingress controllers, service meshes, monitoring solutions)Experience with GitOps workflows (ArgoCD, Flux, etc.);
• Familiarity with mobile app backend requirements;
• Understanding of security best practices and authentication/authorization mechanisms;
• Experience with observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack).
